Ocean Reef # 1403 sijaitsee Ocean Reef 14. kerroksessa. Heti kun kävelet ovella, otat pois henkeäsalpaavan näkymän!

Huoneisto oli juuri maalattu elokuussa 2018.

Olohuone on kauniisti sisustettu mukavalla sohvalla, istuimet, pöydät, valot, kattotuuletin, suuri taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Olohuone avautuu parvekkeelle sekä master-sviitille.

Master-sviitissä on mukava king-size-vuode, kauniit vuodevaatteet, sivupöytä, kattotuuletin, lipasto ja taulutelevisio. Sviitti aukeaa myös parvekkeelle, joka on erinomainen katsella valtamerta, katsomassa lintuja lentämään tai kuuntelemaan aaltojen lempeitä ääniä rannalla. Master-sviitissä on myös oma kylpyhuone, johon mahtuu kylpypyyhkeet.

Vierashuoneessa on kaksi täysikokoista sänkyä, kattotuuletin, sivupöytä, istuimet, lipasto, seinälle ripustettu taulutelevisio DVD-soittimella. Vierashuone avautuu myös vierashuoneeseen. Sieltä löydät kaikki kylpypyyhkeet, jotka tarvitset mukavaan oleskeluun.

Ruokailutilassa on hieno lasipöytä ruokapöytä, joka istuu mukavasti kuudeksi. Lisää istuimia tiskillä ulosteet. Keittiössä on täysin varustettu kaikki ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja graniittiset työtasot. Omistaja on säästynyt mitään kustannuksia ja on tarjonnut kaikki sinun täytyy valmistautua ja palvella ateriaa lomalla.

Ocean Reefin parvekkeet ovat alueen suurimpia. Parvekkeelta voit katsella Persianlahden loputonta vettä, delfiinejä hyppäämällä, merimatkoja lentäen, ranta kävijöitä kävely, purjelautailua, veneilyä, snorklausta ja paljon muuta. We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Reef through Greta’s Beach Rentals. The view was absolutely stunning, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony with the comfortable outdoor furniture. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The unit also included two beach chairs and a beach cart, which made trips to the beach so easy and convenient. Highly recommend this unit for a relaxing, well-equipped beach getaway!

Great place!

Condo was great! Comfortable beds and massage chair was a plus after a long day of walking. Balcony was our favorite spot and we spent every minute we could out there. Would suggest some basic seasonings in kitchen and light did not work in front bedroom.

Friends trip

We loved the ocean reef the balcony was spacious which we loved . Great location close to a lot of restaurants . The wicked wheel was our favorite and we didn’t have to wait at any restaurant we went to . We would recommend ocean reef to anyone and will likely be staying there again .

Lots to love about this condo

This is at least our 3rd consecutive year renting this condo and we hope to rent this condo again in the future years to come. This condo is on the 14th floor with spectacular views of the beach & ocean life. There is a pier about 2.5 miles on the left & another pier about 2.5 miles on the right if you happen to like walking on the beach.This condo also has included 2 reserved lounge chairs w/umbrella on the beach if you like to relax & get your beach on. Condo was very clean and perfect for our family vacation.

The condo was very nice … decorated nice. Loved the balcony and the view. A suggestion is upgraded hot water heater . The washer turned my whites beige…. The seal around the washer door was molded . Upfront washers … you need to leave the door and the washing detergent door open after each washing to prevent mold. One elevator was down and the other two was so slow and overflowing not to mention no air conditioning. An Ice machine on each floor would be great ! Even with the negative…. We would come again … the place was adorable and the view fantastic !

Very Pleasant Experience

Wonderful condo and the onsite facility staff were great. One elevator was down so it slowed things depending on time of day and weather, but they did everything they could to mitigate delays. Comms w manager were excellent and they went out of their way to accommodate check out day requests. The parking garage is an interesting setup, and while we did fine in our midsize SUV rental, those with long bed trucks struggled with the tight turns and small spaces. But the assigned space was accurate and there were uncovered overflow spots available. Will DEF stay again.

This was our last family vacation before our son went back to college. We enjoyed this location very much. Even my son said he felt like he was at home it was so comfortable. The view was fabulous!! Loved the patio!!! Beach service was definitely a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Paradise

I’m one that stresses about booking things on line from photos and others reviews. This place was such a great place. 14th floor was perfect. Great view from the huge patio. Fast elevators. Steps to the pool, hot tub and beach. We walked to dinner many nights. I’m already looking to book for next year. Only criticism is the 2 full size beds are not that comfortable. It’s time to replace them. The king bed was fine.

Great location with a beautiful view

First let me say that the view from this property is amazing! It's an easy stroll down to the beach and the beach service was a really nice added touch. The beach area was not very crowded at all which was surprising for Labor Day weekend. The unit itself is nicely decorated and stocked with all the essential for a beach vacation. Finding the place was a little tricky in the dark and navigating the tight garage ramps was an adventure. Beware if you have a lifted vehicle! That said, having a designated parking space was nice. Now the not so good. The unit itself was not as clean as one would hope. Immediately noticed sand at the entry way, greasy marks on the counters, cabinets and microwave. Crumbs and hair on the living room carpet and the table on the patio had icing and crumbs all over it. This would be concerning at any time, but especially so with COVID spiking. I reported all of this, plus some damages we noticed, to the rental property management company via email and through their portal and never received a response. That just didn't sit well with us. Last negative was the decorative fish sink bowls in the master bath. Cute idea, but really hard to wash your hands in!

Beach Getaway

Ocean Reef 1403 was exactly as depicted in the online photos. Comfy and cozy with all the amenities you could need for a short getaway. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom tile and sinks were beautifully designed. The balcony was amazing. Great views and PLENTY of seating for the four of us. The only negative to this condo was the A/C was set to 76 and could not be changed. I understand needing to implement cost-saving measures but it made for some very warm evenings even with the fans set to high. Local eateries and night life were plentiful. Highly recommend High Five and Runaway Island, both within walking distance. The Salty Goat Saloon is about a mile from the condo and was a great locale for drinks, bar food, and live music. Uncle Ernie's Bayfront Bar & Grill was superb. The food and service were top notch and they had live music, as well, but it did require a short drive to the Bay. Overall, great trip and we will definitely be back!!

Birthday trip

We enjoyed staying here for our son's 10th birthday. The reserved parking was a big plus and no long waits for the elevators like what we have experienced at other condos. Condo itself was gorgeous, especially the view from the balcony.

Beautiful Views and We'll Appointed Condo

The view of the gulf and beach was amazing, although unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for sunset the week we were there. The condo was very well equipped and there was plenty of space for our family of 4 to relax in the condo and on the large balcony. The condo was clean, although some of the low touch surfaces were a bit dusty. The included beach service is a great bonus, and our kids enjoyed the provided beach toys. As for location, the short walk on the beach to Runaway Island was wonderful and convenient, but there was some noise from busy Front Beach Drive, especially on the weekends. Overall, the view and the beach can't be beat. Thanks for opening up your beautiful condo to us!

1. Parking is horrible 2. Showers not as nice as pictures and some design flaws 3. Inside pool and steam room not very inviting 4. Had trouble getting help with beach set-up 5. Was not able to swim in ocean due to weather issues 6. No real shells 7. Had trouble finding a bait shop for fishing, pier is not very close 8. Towels had stains on them

Exceptional property!

Pictures of the condo dont do justice! Absolutely beautiful and very clean as we arrived. (That's a huge thing for me.) I did communicate upon arrival of 2 small things we noticed with the screen door and a knob for the dresser, just so they knew we walked into this, and had response within a very short time and even asked if it was something we wanted worked on. Very impressed with their response time. They offer their paid beach service which was very kind of them and many beach accessories are available if needed as well. The only thing I could slightly complain about is the bed in the master - but then again we are all so different and although uncomfortable to us it could be heaven for another. Overall - fantastic and will stay again.
