Pet-Friendly Perks 🐾

Grand Panama is the only modern Gulf-front condo in the area allowing dogs (up to 25 lbs, non-service pets). A $225 + tax pet fee per dog applies, and pets must be registered in advance through the HOA. Additional pet registration fees may apply.

Important Resort Fees

A $55 resort fee (paid directly to the HOA) includes:

1 parking pass

Wristbands for guests 13+

Additional parking passes are $35 (maximum of 2 per unit). Motorcycle and trailer parking fees may apply during designated events. Wristband replacements are $10.

Please Note

Travel insurance is strongly encouraged during hurricane season (June–September).

Stays longer than 14 days require a non-refundable deposit.
