The private entrance opens into a welcoming space designed for groups and families, with air conditioning and heating ensuring comfort year-round. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are on hand for anyone who needs to stay connected during a longer stay - long-term stays are welcome here.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms and five beds accommodate up to 8 guests with room to breathe. Freshly laundered bed linens are provided for every stay, and essentials including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are all included. Hangers and an iron are available, and both bedrooms are set up so your group can settle in and unwind after a full day on the water.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to eat in when you want to. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker are all ready to go, along with cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper - plus dishes, silverware, and everything you need to put a proper meal together. A dining area gives the group a spot to gather before heading out for the day or winding down in the evening.
 
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms keep mornings running smoothly for a group of eight. Each is stocked with shampoo and hot water, giving you a solid head start - note that a hair dryer is not available on the property, so pack your own if needed.
 
Resort amenities
Treasure Island's resort facilities are part of what makes this property stand out. A shared pool and shared hot tub are available for guests, along with a gym, poolside café, and both gas and charcoal BBQ grills for cookouts. Complimentary beach service runs from March through October. Covered parking is available on the premises - note that a one-time parking fee of $35 plus tax is due upon arrival at the front desk, and covers parking for two vehicles.

Pet-friendly policy
One pet dog is welcome per unit. A nonrefundable one-time pet fee of $300.00 USD plus tax is due at check-in (imposed by Treasure Island), plus a separate nonrefundable one-time fee of $100.00 USD imposed by Sail Away Vacation Rentals.
 
Location
Sitting just off Thomas Drive, the condo is within walking distance of Schooners, The Grand Marlin, and Dat Cajun Place, as well as St. Andrews State Park. From here you can book a boat ride to Shell Island or take a helicopter tour along the coastline. The beach is right outside - everything else is close behind.
 
Additional details
Self check-in is available via keypad. A washer and dryer are on-site. The unit is equipped with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Please note there is no carbon monoxide detector on the property. Items to bring: toiletries, hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, laundry soap, coffee and filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, and sunscreen.
