Gulfgate 409 - Pet Friendly! 2 Bedroom - 2 Bath Condo located Gulf Ocean Front on Surf Drive. Come stay on the less crowded, East end of Panama City Beach, just off Thomas Drive, and close to St. Andrew's State Park! Gulfgate is one of Panama City Beach's unique low rise condominiums that is family and budget friendly! Gulfgate 409 is nicely updated with a charming, coastal décor and sleeps up to 6 guests .
Gulfgate 409 has a king bed in the primary bedroom and the guest bedroom has two twin size beds. In the living area is a queen sleeper sofa. The two bathrooms are generous in size with tub/shower combos. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony offers you a million dollar view of the Gulf. It is the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!
Gulfgate is one of the few beach front PET FRIENDLY properties in PCB! Gulfgate allows 2 pets per condo. Pets must be approved at the time of booking. Pets weighing 50lbs or under are allowed. Pet fee for small dogs is $150 Larger dogs are $200. The second dog is $50. You can even take your dog to the beach at the dedicated dog beach by Russell-Fields City Pier, just a quick 15 min drive from Gulfgate!
Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to - Captain Jack's, Finn's, Marcus Pizza, Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, Alvin's Island, gulf cart rentals, mini golf, Adventures at Sea pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, Signal Hill golf course, and so much more!
