Additional $100 fee for parking and resort amenities. Parking was a nightmare, reserved space was closed for maintenance. The resort was overcrowded with elevator wait times between 10 and 45 minutes. The beach and pool were so crowded that you couldn't find a place for a chair after 9 am. Smokers in other units made the balcony unusable. The unit was ok, but needed a good cleaning. Comforable beds and plenty of towels.

Great Location/ Housekeeping Help

A very good family stay, started with easy and early check-in(2 hours early). The condo was spacious as advertised, and the beach/pool view was great. All the basic amenities were supplied, as well as pool and beach toys. Loved having morning coffee on the balcony. Some area's I found concerning. -Bedrooms are located by the walkway and you can hear every footstep or conversation that goes on outside. -Upon our early arrival, which was appreciated, we found a used band-aid stuck to a chair on balcony, a dirty sock by the couch, Cheerios left on floor, stains on refrigerator. So cleaning needs to be addressed. A small house-vac, that works, for the guest would definitely help. -The dryer has to be fidgeted with to work, and the hair dryer in master bedroom was inop (both were addressed in communication, but no one came to look at them) -The internet was very sub-par. Couldn't even stream shows without extreme buffering. -Lastly, the pool was very nice, but if your'e not down there at 8am to get towels down, you will not have a chair.

Perfect Family Condo

This property exceeded all of my expectations! It is in a great location, with easy access to parking, the elevators, and all the amenities of the resort. Some of the reviews I read had issues with parking and the elevators, and my family and I did not have any of these issues. There was a yellow marked parking spot on the same level of our room always open when we needed it and we only had short wait times for all elevators. The condo itself was beautifully furnished with everything we could possibly need. My family had plenty of room and we especially enjoyed us each having our own bathroom, which made getting ready to eat each night more convenient. The owner of this condo was great to work with and very quick to answer any questions I had. Having everything waiting in our room for us (arm bands/parking passes) saved us money and was extremely convenient. We will definitely stay at this location again and I will highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay at this resort.

Great Location & Unit but parking is a beast.

This property is great and is as listed, but there were a few shortcomings. The parking garage is very tight. This unit comes with a parking spot on the fourth floor, but I would recommend parking on the 9th floor since that is where the unit is located. Although we didn’t have a reserved spot on the 9th we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot. As long as the spot doesn’t have a number on it or is yellow you can park there. Some of the elevators were broken down meaning long waits to get down to the beach. The pool and beach areas are very crowded. If you don’t get an early start you may find it hard finding a place at the pool. We got up early each morning and took our tent to the beach so we didn’t have any issues as far as that goes. The wireless connection in the den area is very poor. We ended up connecting to unit 819’s wireless (819wireless is the passcode) while we were in the den and it worked find. Allison was great to work with and answered our questions in a timely manner. This review is in no way meant to negative, but just wanted to be open and honest. We had a great week and look forward to visiting again in the future.

The unit was lovely. The property’s best feature is the pool, however, you could not find a space at the pool as people would come and lay down their towels on chairs and not return for hours- the pool is not large enough for the amount of renters and the parking was an all out nightmare. We had 2 cars but one designated space and you can park in any other space as long as it had an orange line- that only works if you have more than 7-10 per floor. And don’t think the designated signs meant much as we had to get someone towed from ours. The trash chute room for the first part of our stay was overflowing. The elevator situation was also unpleasant- again, the number of renters to elevator cars was totally not acceptable causing 20+ minute delays waiting at the elevators. Our property manager was excellent and the unit nice but the overall facility was not a pleasant experience

Lovely condo, busy area

This condo is lovely! Gorgeous views, well-stocked, beautifully decorated, and perfect accommodations for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Having a reserved parking space was HUGE, as the parking garage is very full, and the overflow parking is a few blocks away. Allison, the owner, was easy to communicate with and answered my questions quickly. She also helped me resolve an issue after we checked out. The only thing that could be upgraded with this specific unit is the WiFi. We had an adequate signal in the bedrooms, but almost nothing in the rest of the unit. As others have mentioned in their reviews, the parking garage is VERY tight, and one evening it took us over 30 minutes to exit the garage from the 4th floor. Considering it is peak vacation season, the resort was very full, and elevators were hard to come by. (I actually never took one.) Multiple times during the week, the elevators were broken or stuck in between floors since they were overpacked. I would not recommend staying here if anyone in your group is incapable of going up and down 5 flights of stairs as the elevators are just too unpredictable. (Unit is on 9th floor, parking spot on 4th.) It was quite noisy at night. The balcony doors actually block out most of the noise (loud music from other guests, whooping and hollering across the resort, etc), but the noise at the back of the unit (in the bedrooms) from the street was very loud until after midnight almost every night. Traffic in this part of town is also very slow-moving. If I were rating Allison’s unit specifically, I would give it five stars because it truly is lovely, and all of my complaints are things that are out of her control. If I’m coming back to this part of PCB in the off-season, I would consider staying here again. But during peak time, I will probably look to stay a little further out in a quieter, less congested area.

First I’d like to say that the condo we stayed in was excellent. It was clean, roomy and was stocked with everything we needed. That was the only good thing about this stay. The actual facility was horrible. There is not enough parking and the spaces are so narrow that you can hardly get your car in the space. We had one reserved space but it was on the 4th floor and our condo was on the 9th floor. We had a second car and when we finally found an open space we just left it there for the whole week and used the other car which was very inconvenient at times. That’s brings us to the next problem. There are not enough elevators. We waited up to 30 to 45 minutes for an elevator at times. It’s hard to walk 5 floors up the stairs loaded down with luggage and supplies. Next was the pool/beach areas. There are so many condos in this facility that unless you get up at the crack of dawn, you can’t find a place at the pool or the beach. It was so crowded you couldn’t even swim in the pool and finding a place on the beach was just as bad. I will NOT ever stay here again. It was a nightmare!!

Family Vacation

Property was beautiful and pool and location was amazing. The parking and elevator situation was not ideal. Took forever to get an elevator to go anywhere. Garage was really tight to make turns and for two cars to go through. We loved our room and the beach.

When we arrived we were welcomed right up by security and everything was in order. It was clean and nice, great view, great spot! There are a lot of Jamaicans who work there and have great attitudes! The only complaint would be some worker above us that started work so if we wanted to stay and rest it was noisy but they started at 9 and left at 5.

Amazing Condo

This was an amazing stay, check in was simple! Awesome view of the beach and all amenities of site and in walking distance of a lot of places. Already looking at calendar, to see when we can stay again

Beautiful space, great location, very clean.

Alison was awesome! We had a last minute change and she was very accommodating. The property is beautiful and clean, and the view was amazing. The location is really great. Wish the outdoor pool was heated, but other than that, amazing trip! Thanks!

Best thanksgiving break

We came in on a Sunday evening had a fast checkin with security bc of after hours. Once we got out wristbands for amenities it was a blast the rest of the week! Allison was great with answering any questions we had and also we decided to stay an extra night and that was an easy process as well. Would recommend this for future stays

the place we rented was very close to everything for the kids to do . I loved being right on the beach with all the security. Everyone was friendly. Would reccomend it to anyone going to Panama Beach
