Beautiful resort! We loved our gulf view, balcony room! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and lazy river were awesome! Coconut Charie's was delicious! I wish they were open for lunch though! They dont open until 4. The beach was wonderful woth lots of lounge chairs.

3 days and the staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was great. Room Was quiet and nicely appointed. No complaints and the view was beautiful. We were very early but the lady Say I believe was her name made an effort to find us the same room that was already cleaned a few stories higher which was perfect. Overall a very nice experience.

Wonderful place to stay in Panama City! The hotel was very clean and up to date . The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent ! The staff were friendly . The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. I will definitely stay here again !

Very impressed...with one unfortunate exception

The hotel was extremely clean - staff was constantly sweeping and mopping floors. The complimentary breakfast was very good. We had one frustration. A personal "head/hair towel" was accidentally picked up with the every-other-day hotel towels replacement. It was reported right away and hotel staff was friendly and seemed willing to try to help but the personal item was not returned before we left several days later. It seemed to us that a unique item that was picked up accidentally with other distinctive hotel towels would certainly soon be discovered when the cleaned hotel towels were sorted. It apparently did not. And no effort was made to compensate or reimburse for the loss.

Nice Oceanfront Property

Hotel is inThe perfect location. Close to many restaurants, shops, and bars. Beautifully situated right on the Gulf. It was exactly as pictured. Rooms were comfortable.
