The hotel was clean and most of the staff were friendly. The breakfast dining while they had a variety of items, they did not offer pork alternatives such as Turkey bacon or chicken sausages. The only dairy alternative was the oat milk, no plant base cheese or yogurt, etc. When the maintenance guy came to unstop the toilet, we were in the room (my daughter laying across the bed), when he burst in without knocking. He then said oh, he needed to go get something. When he came back, knocked, was let in, unstopped the toilet, he said, “I am not the manager, but this is a smoke-free facility.” We said and you are telling us this because…. I smelled marijuana in the hall, outside your door. My older daughter said so are you saying someone in here was smoking? He said in here or on the balcony. I said sir, first of all no one in here smokes, second I am a Minister (doesn’t mean anything to some), but third, you should be concerned about bursting in this room without knocking! He left without saying anything further.

Great room staff horrible, rude, double dipped

Room and view were amazing. Hotel staff themselves were extremely rude. Every single one of them except for one very nice guy when we checked in. The bar area at the pool, horrible. I do not drink so I ordered 2 non alcoholic drinks. The female bartender messed up the order so badly. On top of that she wore gloves, the same ones for every drink she made, then would run her gloved hands down her ponytail then continue to make drinks touching glasses, the stuff that goes in the drinks, give out the food from the kitchen and never change her gloves. Hand out the bills, take money and cards and still wear the same gloves. She also was double dipping. I paid with my debit card and did not bill it to my room. She charged my debit card and when I got the room statement when we left she charged my room too, for what I already paid for. I had proof of this and the front staff argued with me and never fixed my bill. Overall nice room, beware of the staff and check your bill statement for over charges.

This place was absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommended it. Please note that your Resort Fees Are Nor Included In Yout Price. The staff was outstanding, especially front desk and housekeeping. I left some expensive items behind that were located & returned. Lupe, Tagea and the fron desk staff were the absolute best!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Hyatt Place! The views from our room were absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed relaxing at the pool and hot tub, but the true star of our stay was the beach—it was breathtaking. Everything about our trip was perfect, and we will definitely be back!
