Completely Remodeled and Beautifully Furnished Condo, located within a short walk to the beach. There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street.
The unit has been beautifully decorated and offers the perfect setting for a beach getaway. You will find this spacious kitchen to flow perfectly with the open and spacious living room. The comfort of the fluffy furniture and the clean design will make you feel at home. The kitchen is very well stocked, it offers anything and everything you may need to cook a three course meal. the bunk area is secluded and has a private bathroom accessible right across. The master suite has the most comfortable bed and perfect shades to guarantee a good night sleep after a long day at the beach. The private master bathroom and extra large closet space complete the perfect ambience for comfortable stay.
Phenomenal setting offering panoramic elevators, you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas style fountain show every night, you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony!
The unit has been decorated extremely tastefully and no expense has been spared for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable King Bed and en suite Bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has brand new mattresses and a private bathroom. The living area is extremely spacious and open, it offers a sleeper sofa couch and brand new furniture for he ultimate luxury feel.

CHECK IN TIMES: Check in time is after 4:30 pm, due to extremely long waits at the elevators or traffic , housekeeping teams are trying to service all units as fast as possible, but please note that there may be delays on busy days. Please, take that into consideration before booking and be patient if they are still working in your unit. Over 98% of units are ready for arrival at 4:30. No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.

Great little space

We loved staying here! Super easy access to the beach as well as restaurants. There was plenty of space and storage for our things and the washer/dryer was so convenient!!!

Summer Vacation 👎

This rental is in a great location. The beach access is very nice and convenient. The pools were very nice especially with all the chairs and umbrellas. However, the kitchen is missing several things to be considered fully stocked. To name a few there wasn’t any scissors, spatula or baking pan. The cleanliness was not as expected. The most concerning was that we found a used bandaid on the comforter.

Lovely Place

Super lovely condo, very spacious and updated. However, we wouldn’t stay here again not because of the property owner but because the elevators are a NIGHTMARE. We had to walk up 7 flights of stairs everyday with an infant and two small children if we didn’t want to wait 20 minutes everytime for the elevator. Also, I recommend bringing your own sheets because the ones provided are uncomfortable. The beds are also very firm, we all woke up sore every morning. The light show is beautiful and a hit if you have children or even for yourself. Like I said though beautiful place just wish it was more convenient

Panama Vacation 2023

Property was fairly nice. There was some risidual sand and part of the vanity was broken in the master bath. The fan in the second bathroom was extremely loud as well, but overall, it was a nice stay. The only downside is that the wait for the elevators was entirely too long, so long we opted to take the steps instead, so keep that in mind if you have a handicap. For us, it was a small annoyance, but it helped us get our steps in (LOL) so not a huge issue for us overall. Water shows werent spectacular, but was a nice addition when sitting on the balcony in the evening.

Atrocious

This place was not as advertised. Listing says “just remodeled”.Absolutely not.This rooms cleanliness was absolutely appalling. Blood and urine stains on the sofa bed, stains and questionable drip stains on the walls around bunk beds and all walls, layers of dust and mold on the baseboards,grout on floor was black and mildew/stinky shower curtains. The worst part was the ac-the compressor is in the closet right next to the bunks where kids were to sleep. We had to move the mattresses to the living room to get any rest. The Escala rental company and owner were slow to respond which I found out later was because within the 24 hours they are paid. A cleaning lady came on the third day with a mattress pad to go over the stained sofa bed. If someone in our party was to be dedicated to sleep there we would have left this hole. The cleaning lady said the rental was not deep cleaned that season as it should have been. We were with a baseball team and their rooms were nothing like ours yet they kept insisting the lawnmower caliber was normal. One day a “maintenance” guy came to tell us there was nothing they could do. Fan light, microwave light not working, trash left in the cabinets. Also the patio furniture in the listing looked nice and inviting,however none of that was there. Vrbo was not much help, I spent hours talking to them and said it was owner discretion to give me any type of refund. Of course no response. I would not rent from Escala or Analiya ever again. Save yourself!

Easy access to everything you need

We enjoyed our vacation and with the close proximity to everything we need we didn't even need to use our personal vehicle. Plus the ability to rent golf carts for exploring is within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, which is something I always tend too worry about. Our kids also loved the light show at night and looking over the balcony for turtles and large fish in the lake. We would definitely go back.

Easy access to everything

Great for a family vacation. We were able to leave our vehicle parked and walked or rented a golf cart for everything we wanted to do. I love how close it is to the beach. Our kids love the light and water show at night outside our balcony. They also enjoyed looking for turtles and fish in the water.

Overall it was a nice experience. There were some issues with some of the appliances upon arrival. I emailed the owner and they sent maintenance had most of them resolved. A good place to take the family.

First Beach Trip for my children...

We travelled from Tennessee. Just Me (mom) and my 2 children. It was a surprise for them. When we walked into the place their eyes lit up! It looks just like the pics. Spacey and stylish. Easy access to the beach & the rooftop swimming pool was impressive for them. OMG t hff e turtles in the lake from the balcony view, and the grills located on the grounds were perfect for hotdogs & burgers. Speaking of burgers, this condo is conveniently located by Gulf Coast Burger Co. A must have experience with your children or with adults. The food is very tasty and seasoned well. I was impressed with the food & those signature shakes...sugar overload! We will definitely use this condo again. Trip tip...instead of waiting on the elevator, park on the 6th floor, walk the stairs to the 6th and drive/park on 1st or 2nd floor and walk...then drive back up when finished. For our long beach days this option was quicker!

Was a great place and we loved it! Only a couple inconvenience but Angela called maintenance and they came right away. We will definitely be back here!
