Welcome to Laketown Wharf Unit 1408 at Panama City Beach! This super cool 2 bedroom plus bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds built in offers such a relaxing atmosphere for you and guests. This unit sleeps up to 8. Newly updated with stainless appliances, solid surface flooring, updated decorations, newer living room furniture, granite countertops and granite shower! Washer/dryer in unit with living area and master suite presenting amazing gulf views! Property is part of Laketown Wharf with a lake on one side and a gulf view in the other. Enjoy multiple swimming pools and several onsite restaurants!

Laketown Wharf is a Community Resort within itself. On the campus you will find a variety of restaurants on site, a private boardwalk, and a nightly fountain show. With a gated beach access, the condo is just a short walk to the beach and Pineapple Willies, the famous beach front dining.

Laketown 1408 offers a gulf view from the huge balcony. Enjoy the views from the privacy of your the balcony.

The open kitchen flows right into the living area so everyone can enjoy the best family gatherings and create wonderful memories for the years to come. You will find everything you need in the kitchen for a home cooked meal, fully equipped with the newer stainless steel appliance.

Laketown Wharf Resort offers guests unparalleled amenities: five unique pools (including kiddie pool), 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on- site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, weddings and other group functions. As the largest resort with some of the best amenities in Panama City Beach and amazing gulf views, Laketown Wharf Resort is a prime location for a fun-filled getaway!

Check in time is after 4:30 pm, due to this being a high volume resort, housekeeping teams are trying to service all units as fast as possible, but please note that there may be delays on busy days. Please, take that into consideration before booking and be patient if they are still working in your unit. Most all units will be ready upon arrival. No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.

Our trip was EXCELLENT!!!! We had no issues at all. BEAUTIFUL Condo with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet & safe. We had doughnuts, ice cream, tacos downstairs. Restaurant was very nice. Our grandkids loved the golf area, lake (turtles), all the pools, & hot tubs. Easy walk over to the beach. I stayed on the balcony a lot bc the view of ocean was gorgeous. Owner was very gracious & kind. We will be back!!!! AWESOME stay

PCB ‘25 Family Vaca!

First!…..our host Curtis is phenomenal! Anytime I messaged, he was back with me in a timely fashion! The condo was exactly what it said, very nice with a beautiful view (a must in my opinion!). The only thing that would make it better is more elevators and that’s not any hosts fault! Laketown Wharf is a great place to stay, very well maintained…..just the elevator situation! Overall we had a wonderful time!

Beautiful and very clean condo. Great owner!

We had a long drive with children and stepping into this place made it all worth while. It was very clean and beautifully maintained. The views and beaches were incredible. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. This condo is a very short walk to the elevators which was so convenient and it was located in the center of everywhere you wanted to be. It is a busy time of year and there were a lot of people and busy times at the elevators. But everyone seemed to understand the wait and they all are willing to help people squeeze on as needed. There were also many times when we didn’t have to wait. Just need to bring patience with you. We would definitely come back again. It was all worthwhile. If you are a coffee lover, I highly recommend going to a short drive to Panama city coffee! Also, Curtis, the owner was an exceptional person to work with this whole time and he was so helpful and he registers everything for us so I never needed to go to the lobby for anything!

Balcony big enough for 3 sets of seating and in shade till mid afternoon. 5 elevators very overcrowded and slow during times of going and coming from beach/meals/pools.4 pools working. Good bed. Has crockpot, hairdryer & keurig. Rechargeable wristbands good idea-hanging in hall. Unit is near everything. Pier Park is a nice outdoor mall. Hammerhead Fred's has best fried shrimp.Capt Jack's has AYCE crab legs $60 each and regular buffet worth the lesser price. Good shower.Double basins in master bath. Owner very responsive. Very nice clean bright unit. Loved the decorations.

Awesome place to stay!

Very nice place, awesome view from balcony good, fast respond from owner if you need anything, we stay with whole family and we love it! I love The mattress in the master bedroom!!! I will recommend to anyone like a couple to a whole family! Good beach, pools are perfect! Jacuzzi is nice after whole day to relax! It is like 2 min walk to the beach! great place to stay!

Great stay

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at this condo and the host, Curtis! He was very responsive to any question I had prior to arrival and throughout our visit. He made our check-in process hassle free by having our wristbands and parking passes already processed at the front desk. He shared with us lovely stories about the decor in the condo and made us feel like we’ve known him for years. His lovely property was perfect for our families fall break vacation and because of him we will definitely book his place again!

Great family trip

My family and I stayed here last week and had a great time! The property was just as advertised with great views, a large balcony, and the room was very clean. The breakfast restaurant on the property had delicious food! If you stay here, be sure to eat there!! The elevators were a little slow, depending on the time you tried to use them, but I feel like that’s expected at any large resort. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to a friend. The host is very nice and responds quickly to messages. My only suggestion would be to have a few more towels and washcloths. However, there is a washer/dryer in the unit. Looking forward to staying here again 😊

The location of the property was EXCELLENT!!!. It was near everything....the beach, activities, and good restaurants. Communication with the host was GREAT!!!. He was avaliable before i got there answering all questions, and avaliable during our stay. And he was ESPECIALLY ATTENTIVE when we got locked out. He sent someone within the hour who was able to let us in.

The property is actually way more spaciòus in person. Very beautiful view of the beach right from the balcony. Very clean! We would definately stay here again!

Amazing owner you should stay here

From the moment we booked Curtis was amazing. He is very responsive and makes sure you have all you need. His unit is very nice and has a great view of the gulf! One helpful hint…use the public beach access instead of the resort access. It’s quicker and way less crowded. The only drawback is the complex is nice but they do miss the mark a bit with the restaurants on site. They try but fall short a bit. I would plan to eat out of the resort. Other than that it was great!

Highly Recommend

We absolutely loved the condo. Everything was exactly as described, and exactly what we were looking for. I wish I could give a 100 star rating, because it is definitely deserved. We have never stayed anywhere that the owner had personal contact and made sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. I 200% recommend this property!!! If you want to feel at home, you should rent this property. You can tell that this place means a lot to the owner and it's not just another rental property. I would like to thank Curtis for ask of his hospitality and the opportunity to rent his condo.

Great Getaway

Laketown Wharf Condo 1408 was a great place for me and my family to relax in for a couple of days for vacation. The view to the beach was amazing. Mr. Curtis was a wonderful host. Before arriving he gave great information on activities and restaurants. He also explained about the property of Laketown wharf. Mr.Curtis was a amazing host and definitely would stay at his place again when visiting this area. Check in was easy and check out was easy. The condo do offer a lot but make sure you bring plenty of supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc the things you used at home. But if you forget to bring those things there is a Walmart directly behind the condominium which was great. The elevator was a little slow but there were a lot of people there but we still enjoyed our trip. There security team was very friendly and helpful. I do like that security team where always around.
