This is literally my home away from home that I share for families and Snowbirds to make precious memories.

Located on the 16th floor with 1,262 sq ft condo combines comfort, convenience, and unforgettable Gulf views — perfect for families, couples, or snowbirds looking to unwind in style. Please read ALL of my reviews. Bookings include startup TP, 1 roll of paper towels a washing machine and dryer and I do not provide laundry detergent as everyone has their own preference.

• Starter supplies: hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, TP, paper towels, and dishwasher pod

We kindly ask that you treat these items with care so the next guest can enjoy them too. If something breaks, please let us know or replace it if possible. This is an owner-managed unit, and we take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for your vacation.

Important Info:
• All guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• A one-time resort fee of $90+ tax is due separately to Laketown Wharf COA. This covers parking and wristbands for all guests. I will send you a link to register and you must register all guest and vehicle.
• Please note: Resort amenities may occasionally be closed for maintenance — these situations are outside our control and refunds will not be issued.
• Walmart is right across the street, with Publix, Target, restaurants, and shopping just a short drive away!
