THE HOME

Your luxurious 3223 ft² Waterside Retreat offers 7 bedrooms plus bunks, 6-1/2 baths, and a stylish and relaxing coastal-inspired interior. Additional features include partial gulf views, a private hot tub or spa, 2 wet bars, and more. The bed layout of the property is as follows: on the 1st floor, there is one king bedroom accommodating 2 guests. Moving up to the 2nd floor, there are two queen bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king-size bed, and an alcove containing a set of twin beds, allowing for a total of 8 guests. Finally, on the 3rd floor, there are two queen bedrooms and an alcove with a twin bunk bed, providing sleeping arrangements for 6 guests.
