Hyväksymme 21 ja ylöspäin !!!!Tässä on upouusi kotimme, joka sijaitsee rannan länsipäässä. Se on juuri remontoitu uusilla lattiat, uudet vuodevaatteet, huonekalut, astiat ja välineet. Se on 55 metrin päässä rannasta. Vain lyhyt kävelymatka ja olet siellä!

Kun ajat kotiin, sinulla on ajotie, joka käärii kodin taakse. Ajotiellä on riittävästi parkkipaikkaa neljälle ajoneuvolle ja siinä on myös yhden auton autotalli. Sinulla on kolme sisäänkäyntiä kotiin. Etuovi, joka johtaa olohuoneeseen, autotallin ovi, joka johtaa alakerran käytävään, ja takaovi, joka johtaa takahuoneeseen ja keittiöön.

Kun kävelet etuoven läpi, näet avoimen olohuoneen, jossa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja. Sohvalla on myös queen-size-vuodesohva. Oikealla puolella näet portaat, jotka johtavat toiseen kerrokseen. Aikaisemmin siellä on keittiö, jossa on saaren upouusi jääkaappi, liesi, astianpesukone ja mikroaaltouuni. Paljon kaappitilaa ylhäällä ja alhaalla. Sinulla on ruokasali, joka koostuu suuresta ruokasalipöydästä, johon mahtuu 6 henkilöä. Keittiön vastakkaisella puolella on ovi, joka johtaa suljettuun näyttöhuoneeseen / aurinkohuoneeseen, jossa on kerrossänky. Alavuode on täysikokoinen sänky ja ylävuode on kahden hengen sänky. Tässä huoneessa on myös ovi, joka johtaa ulos takapihalle.

Olohuoneen toisella puolella (Vasemmalta etuovesta) siirryt eteiseen. Vasemmalla puolella on makuuhuone king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Kun menet takaisin käytävälle, jos menet oikealle, olet autotallin ovella. Autotallissa on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä suljettu suihku. Pesukoneen ja kuivurin vieressä on myös muta-allas.

Yläkerrassa se tulee ulos avoimessa tilassa, joka näyttää olohuoneesta. sinulla on ovi, joka vie sinut ulos pienelle parvekkeelle, josta löydät upeat näkymät merelle ja auringonlaskuun. Omistaja aikoo sängyssä toiseen kerrokseen, jossa se näyttää olohuoneesta, vaikka emme ole varmoja siitä, tuleeko se vielä parivuode tai täysikokoinen sänky. Fun long weekend getaway

This house is perfect for enjoying the beach with family. Close to the beach with lots of room and private pool provides relaxing alternative to surf and sand. Beach is super nice and just a short walk from the house.

Amazing Beach Home

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home. It was spacious for my large family. The walk to the beach was very short and easy for anyone to make. Such a beautiful stay!

A real home away from home

From start to finish, very east and transparent. The property is amazing. There is plenty of room and the pool area is a great chill spot. They have everything in the kitchen you need to prepare any meal you want, complete with outside grill. Will absolutely stay here again

We all absolutely loved our stay!!!!! Great communication. Lisa is great to deal with and the house was very spacious and pictures dont do justice! Loved having our private pool after a long day at the beach for kids to play and relax. The neighborhood was great as well and the location the beach was an easy access for everyone 😉 Will definitely be back!!!!

She even straightened up chairs by the pool as we looked. The place was very clean and so cute. The house is a very short walk down the street to the beach. There are 2 access bridges to the beach right at the end of the street. You do have to cross a main street to the access points but the traffic is slow and most vehicles will stop to let you cross. Having the pool was a great asset too. Plenty of parking in the driveway. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay again!

The home is incredible, with the perfect layout and amenities. Not only is the house gorgeous, but the management is truly some of the best I have ever interacted with. Lisa, the property manager, was so accommodating and an absolute joy to work with. This location was a VERY short walk to the beach and a few cute coffee shops, some food/bars, and an uber ride to anything under the sun. Lastly, the home was extremely clean and comfortable! STAY HERE.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Why the title? It’s simple. We have rented many beach houses since 2015, and all of the rentals have been the same until this one. Reserving the house was a breeze - the communication before arriving - super fast and informative - paying for the house before arrival was the most relaxed, non-stressful method ever. To be honest, I was worried we were being scammed up until the day we arrived, when all those worries were put to rest. The house is real - the person on the other end of the phone is actually that nice and the house was exactly as described. Rent with them and you will not be disappointed.

This location was not false advertisement. It's just as beautiful as the pictures shows. I would definitely suggest this location to anyone. Items that was requested was provided in reasonable amount of time and all questions and concerns was answer quickly and according. Thanks 😊

I did want to suggest removing the gravel flower bed on the side of the house so there is more parking. Our kids and grand kids loved the private pool, we had a great vacation other than the week going by too fast and would definitely rent again.

Terea was quick with responses- week was just too short!Family loved it!As a child, we always stayed down in Laguna Beach area. As an adult with children, we have tried the condos with 5 pools, but my kids thought this was the best thing ever- having their own pool to have their rules! Would recommend to families in a heartbeat!

There was 12 of us and not enough towels and no sheets and blankets for the let out couch. But we made due. That house was absolutely beautiful. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Due to the colder weather we rarely used the saltwater pool but the pool area is also very nice. Very lovely owners that we had the pleasure to meet. Interior is clean, beds are comfy and all necessary kitchen tools are provided. The rental agency is easy to communicate with and was supportive in every way. We stayed four weeks and loved it. Will definitely book again if back in the area.
