Takapihani on aivan sokeripitkällä valkoisella hiekalla ja Panama City Beachin erittäin halutessa "West Endissä"! Pysäköi ajoneuvo aivan Kaupunkini kotiovelleni. Kävele suoraan takaoven liukusäätimelle ja omalle terassille, ja sitten suoraan sokeri-hiekalle, jotta se puristuu varpaiden väliin ja ottaa auringonsäteitä rannalla! Istu terassilla tai hiekalla tai kävele rannalla tuntemaan lahden tuulen !. Kun olet valmis uimaan, kävele suoraan terassilta hiekalle ja sitten suoraan Meksikonlahden kauniisiin smaragdin vesiin! Tai, jos nautit kalastuksesta, tuo pyydykset ja heitä linja valtamerelle takapihasi rannalta!
Olet erittäin turvallisella, rauhallisella, perhekeskeisellä alueella, mutta silti tarpeeksi lähellä osallistuaksesi niin moniin aktiviteetteihin kuin haluat.

Jos päätät ajaa, se on vain noin 6 mailin päässä Frank Brown Parkista, jossa järjestetään säännöllisesti ballgameja, konsertteja, sisä- ja ulkouima-altaita ja muuta toimintaa. Jos haluat mennä Pier Park -puistoon, on vain noin 7 mailia nauttia ostosmahdollisuuksista, ravintoloista, konserteista, kalastuksesta laiturilta ja monista muista tapahtumista. Jos sinusta tuntuu kuin golfisit, se on vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä kaupunkimme komeista golfkentistä: Holiday Golf Club - 9 mailia, Hombre Golf Club - 12 mailia ja Signal Hill Golf Club - 13 km. Pakkaa jäähdytin ja tuolit käydäksesi St. Andrew State Park, ota kalastusmatka tai katsele joka iltapäivällä Treasure Island Marina -satamassa tulevia syvänmeren kalastusaluksia veneillä, jotka ovat täynnä kaloja. Silver Sands Outlet Mall on vain noin 25 mailin ajomatkan päässä länteen kaupunkistani.

Perfect!

Condo was perfect. RIGHT on the beach. Gloria was quick to respond. And the condo was exactly as described. Location was great, close to grocery stores and restaurants but NOT near a high rise so beach wasn’t crowded. We would definitely rent here again.

Such an amazing place!

Everything about this place is amazing! The location is perfect, open the back door and you’re on a beautiful private beach, it wasn’t crowded at all which is why we chose this place. The sunsets here are stunning, with white sands and clear water, it’s hard to leave the beach. The house has everything you need for your stay, the owner is extremely nice and is happy to hear about the great time you had at her place. I can’t recommend this place enough, if we come back to this area, we are definitely staying here again!

Amazing beachfront condo!

Steps to the beach

Only 5 steps out the sliding door and you had your toes in the sand. Great place to be on the beach and in the ocean! Convenient to groceries and local restaurants. Still close enough for tourist attractions (30 minutes) Ideal location for a quieter side of the Gulf.

Perfect spot

This is our new favorite place to stay! The beach was not crowded even for Memorial Day and was at the doorstep! We all agreed this was the beast beach trip with the nicest beach and accommodations that we have had in this area. The townhouse was clean and quiet and the kitchen well stocked with pans, etc. Two grocery stores within 1/2 mile was nice and is close to shopping and activities in PCB. Gloria is the perfect host, very responsive and helpful and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Condo on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to walk out the back door and already be on the beach! Perfect for little kids who love the sand! Beds were very comfortable and AC worked great!

Beach Oasis

I couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here. Being right on the beach was a game changer. I was able to rest in bed and listen to the ocean and my kids were able to do their own thing but still be close. Family time on our own stretch of private beach could not have been more satisfying or relaxing. Also, being able to go into the hub to shop or eat with a quick drive and then come back to the QUIET was everything I could ask for in a beach vacation. Thank you for the space to make amazing memories.

Fantastic Week!

As soon as we entered the property, I felt AT HOME. The decor and furnishings are lovely but not ostentatious and just so comforting! The kitchen appliances are top notch, everything was very clean, supplies to clean up after ourselves were easy to find. The most fantastic parts of this property are the amazing view, the accessibility to the beach, and the sound and smell of the ocean just relax every nerve. Our kids played right off the back porch and then we could go down to the water anytime. A storm had also come through before we got there and there were gorgeous shells everywhere! We had a thoroughly wonderful time at Gloria's place, and I highly, highly recommend it. We will certainly be returning!

Very nice condo in a great location

The condo is in a great location and is very well maintained. We loved that it was so close to the beach and within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The beach was definitely not overcrowded; in fact, we would have never known it was Spring Break had we not traveled to PCB or Destin. Also, Gloria was very easy to work with. We would definitely look to return in the future.

Incredible Location and Townhome

This was our second year staying in Gloria’s townhome for spring break. You literally step off your patio and onto the beach. The location CAN NOT be beat! My 5 and 7 year olds loved playing in the very wide white sand beach. Close to everything on 30A - including amazing restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!!

Gloria has a beautiful beach townhome located directly on the beach. This is the perfect location for our family. It was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the linens were nice. The check in/check out process was very smooth and the location is ideal if you want a quiet beach stay. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you Gloria!!

Would definitely stay here again!!

Had a wonderful week in PCB staying in Gloria's condo. The private section of beach was the highlight of the trip, and we even met some of our neighbors and made some good friends!! The condo was clean and comfortable, and the amenities listed for the property were accurate. Besides some minor repairs the condo needed (broken closet door) and a need for extra towels (there were 5 adults on the trip and only 6 towels provided), the trip was fantastic and we enjoyed ourselves immensely!! Would definitely book with Gloria again!!

Wonderful location just steps to the ocean!

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every second. Having the beach right outside the door is a must have. Gloria was great to communicate with and we could not have asked for a better location and accommodations.
