This unit had so many issues. Luckily I didn’t have young kids with me. Almost all the outlets were not covered. Exposed wires. No smoke detectors. No dryer and the washer was out of order. The were no bath clothes in the room. We had to go purchase our own. No extra trash bags or tissue. The only good part was the view of the ocean even though the balcony was under construction. And at times we couldn’t sit on the balcony. This was not stated at the time of reservation. Hopefully the other units were not like this one.

The view is great, the room is okay. We had no water pressure, or hot water. We could take warm showers, but my daughter likes to take baths and when I tried to fill up the tub the water got maybe two inches deep and then turned cold. We couldn’t use the washer/dryer. Half the light switches didn’t work either. Tried calling the host several times about booking extra nights because the weather was cold the first few days we were here, I’m not sure who answered, but she said she would call the “owner” and would get back with me and never called back. Thankfully, I got through to Evolve, and they could confirm and help me book a couple extra nights. Also, there’s a lot of construction going on which was very loud, and couldn’t use the pool half the time. Which is not the owners fault, it would have been nice to know though that, that was going on before booking. Also, the bed in the bedroom was TERRIBLE, I’m pretty sure there was a hole in it.Overall, we love coming to the summit, just did not did not enjoy our room as much due to, no hot water, and no water pressure, and not being able to get ahold of anybody.

a lot of construction at the moment but the unit rented the kitchen did not match the pictures online and the unit is very out dated. If you have a toddler do not stay at this unit due to exposed wires.

Room was good and had everything we needed. The view was amazing! Some construction going on but we were not in the room much during the day for it to bother us. A couple of the lamps/sockets didn’t work. There were some unfinished painting but that didn’t bother us. Plenty of towels and a box fan was provided which is a huge plus for me lol Overall, had a great stay!!

We left within 20 minutes of getting to the condo. It was gross. Holes in the walls and ceiling, mold in the ceiling, washer dryer broken and we weren’t told. No deadbolt on the door was the biggest issue. I don’t feel safe at all. Requesting a refund. I am not a complainer and pretty much will stay anywhere but not a chance here. DO NOT BOOK!
