Welcome to Leeward 403, Beach by the Sea, located on the 4th floor of the premier gated Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort (Leeward building), a stunning 1 BR/2 BA beachfront condo in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. The master bedroom opens up to a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean waves and take in the unobstructed breathtaking views of the Gulf Coast's sugar-white sands. Wake up to the sunrise as you watch the waves crash on the shore or wind down in the evening with a stunning sunset from your king-size bed. The bedroom also features a private bathroom with a tub/shower and can be closed off from the rest of the unit for added privacy. In the living room, you’ll find a queen sleeper sofa, and just steps away is the second full bathroom, which includes a fantastic walk-in glass shower—perfect for rinsing off the sand after a fun day at the beach. For dining, you won’t need to drive anywhere! Just across the street from Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in the Edgewater Shops Plaza, you'll find Firefly restaurant, Mr. Maine’s Pizzeria, Pink Pelican Ice Cream Bar, Los Rancheros Mexican Restaurant, and more. Leeward, perfectly situated at the quite side of the resort, is only 6 stories high (with 2 elevators) and shares a pool (heated in the winter) only with its twin building, Windward, designed specifically for providing a retreat of convenience, privacy, and relaxation. Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort amenities include: a half mile of private beach, a Polynesian-style lagoon pool, eleven total pools, six reflecting ponds, Plexicushion tennis courts, four hot tubs, shuffleboard, on-site restaurants, a 9-hole executive golf course, and endless Florida sunsets. As this resort is extensive, there are golf cart shuttles to take you wherever you'd like to go. You'll find restaurants galore, like Ocean's Bar and Grill for gulf-front dining, Starbucks coffee shop, Paradise Pizza, Blenders for frozen drinks on the Lagoon Pool Deck, and Edgie's Corner Market for ice cream or coffee. Other restaurants are within walking distance.
