The Space

This expansive beachfront home is thoughtfully designed to balance group gathering spaces with private suites for relaxation.

First Floor – Entertainment and Poolside Living
The ground level opens into a spacious entertainment area featuring a pool table, large TV, dining space, and a convenient kitchenette. A custom bunk room with en-suite bath provides flexible sleeping arrangements. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the private beachfront pool deck, complete with lounge seating, outdoor dining, grill, and shower—just steps from the sand.

Second Floor – Main Living and Dining
The open-concept great room features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space with access to a Gulf-front balcony. Ideal for group meals and shared time together. This level also includes a king bedroom with en-suite bath, a bunk room with en-suite, a half bath, and a laundry area.

Third Floor – Private Suites
This level offers three king suites, each with a private bathroom, along with an additional bunk room with en-suite. The Gulf-front primary suite includes a private balcony, expansive views, and a spa-style bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Fourth Floor – Top-Level Retreat
The upper level features two additional bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. The Gulf-facing suite includes a king bed and additional twin beds with balcony access, while the street-side suite offers twin beds and a lounge area with foosball.
