Welcome to Tranquil Waters PCB: Right On The White Sugary Sands of Panama City Beach !

Tranquil Waters PCB is a Beachfront Studio Condo at Top of the Gulf Resort in the Desirable Thomas Drive-area. It Has Been Completely Remodeled & Sleeps 4 On Two Queen Beds and Feature View Overlooking The Pool & The Beach !

Avoid the crowds in this cozier complex (just 200 condos and 8 stories) that offers easy in and out and quick elevators. Top of the Gulf is one of the best-maintained complexes offering all the beachside amenities you want to complement your vacation. The grounds and landscaping are gorgeous and the pool is stunning with a fun, oversized Adirondack chair and large swing alongside. A kids' pool is ideal for little ones, and ample pool chairs are available. Check out the shuffleboard court and cornhole boards for games in the sun or an inside game room that is newly remodelled gets you away from the heat. Right next to the pool is our internet cafe offering high-speed wifi in a shaded, AC-setting. And there is a fitness room with new equipment on property as well.

Getting to the sand is easy since Top of the Gulf is located directly on the beach, and we even have a temporary home for your sandals and flip-flops as you head out. Returning from a day in the surf and sun, you are welcomed by surfboard-style showers, amble chairs overlooking the water, and shade if you desire it.

Pool and surfside sits our Surf Snack Shack with a delicious menu of eats and drinks (adult beverages and otherwise). Or you can grill up your own fare on the provided guest grills.

Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex.

Near the Resort are a number of restaurants that are walkable, including the iconic Pineapple Willies just about .5 mile down the beach plus Hammerhead Fred's, a great pizza place and even a Hershey's Ice Cream Shop. Within a short driving distance are a plethora of shops, restaurants and activities to delight every traveller. Check out Pier Park--an outdoor complex of shops, dining and featuring a Sky Wheel. There are many putt-putt and go-kart locations, several boating tour options, pontoon rentals to Shell Island, St Andrews State Park for some of the most pristine, calm water in the US, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe or Not, Shipwreck Island water park and much more.

Or if simple relaxation on the beach is your desire, the outstanding premises and location of Top of the Gulf offers it in spades.

There is no private balcony but large balconies are available on each floor for guests to enjoy and inside our condo there is a floor to ceiling window with amazing view and a window that opens to hear and enjoy the sounds of the Gulf. A $20 parking/amenity fee is required by the Resort to be paid upon arrival.

We had an amazing time while we were there!! Completely happy with the cleanness of the palace and won't stay anywhere else now. It has everything you could need while at the beach and the people there are just as nice as they could be. Great location and close to everything. Can't wait to go back.

This condo felt like a true home away from home.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Tranquil Waters in Panama City Beach and we were thoroughly impressed. The condo was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was ideal with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet it still felt peaceful, cozy, and safe. We especially enjoyed spending time by the pool and taking sunset walks along the beach. It was truly an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was cute as could be! And clean! Building and Pool was great! Right On The Beach! Close to lots of restaurants and activities. Host was very repsonsive and accommodating. Check-In and Check-out was easy. WE WILL be back!

We returned for the second year to Rogers place mostly because we were very happy with our stay. However, the best reason to stay here is how great Roger is with the entire process. Awesome Getaway!

This condo is absolutely beautiful! We had everything we needed and more. The ice machine was an extra added bonus also. Roger couldn’t have been more attentive checking on us throughout the week.

Amazing Host!!

5 stars doesn’t say enough about this host and his beautiful condo! Roger was an amazing host. He stayed at our fingertips with text updates on weather and restaurant suggestions. I stayed at this condo recently for a week and I absolutely loved it. It was a beautiful condo. Very clean, and spacious. Roger was so accommodating and responsive. He informed us on the flags everyday, and helped us with anything we needed to make sure our stay was perfect. The condo is such a short walk to everything the building has to offer. All around I had an amazing time in Panama City and Roger was an amazing host. Will definitely be back! I recommend to anyone thinking about it.

Couldn’t have asked for better!

Tranquil Waters was the best! It was recently renovated so everything was like new. Latest updates, very clean, great smell, beds slept great, great kitchen with a separate ice making machine! Room looked just like the pictures. Check in and out was easy. Top of the Gulf is a great smaller property. Grounds were well taken care of. Would rent this unit again in a heartbeat!

Superb Updates

The unit was very clean. Beds and linen were the best we have had at this resort. There was so much storage, which is great for getting things out of the way in a small condo. We cooked breakfast and re-heated takeout, the kitchen was adequately stocked. The ice machine was definitely appreciated! We enjoyed this property thoroughly, hoping to return in the fall!

Relaxing

Great condo with everything you would need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Perfect location, Right in the middle of Panama City. Condo is not a big complex which is why we stayed here. No large crowds or waiting for elevator. . No hassle with parking, checking in or out or trying to set up at the beach for the day. The condo has a snack bar that serves you at the beach. Great communication from Roger the owner. And the big plus for us was the ice maker!!!!! We will be back!

Great stay

We avoid the high rise buildings because of crowded beaches & dreaded elevators. This facility was perfect for our needs. Room is on second floor so we took the stairs. Beach had the perfect amount of people without being overwhelming. Great areas to hangout, snack shop, & pool deck. Room was very nice with full size fridge & all kitchen accessories needed. We didnt miss having a balcony with the huge open windows. Small concerns were addressed quickly by owners, very receptive to text messages. Great location to walk the beach or shopping. Overall great stay!
