The view, AMAZING! We loved being able to walk right out to the beach. The common areas and the rooms were VERY clean but definitely showing their age. The room was quiet and easy to temperature control. We would definitely stay here again!

Dont stay here.

The welcome was great the lobby was not. The hotel itself is in poor condition. The elevators are in terrible condition. The room reeked of bleach. There was one small sink by the bathroom and one small metal sink in the kitchen area. The beds were ok and comfortable. If you just need a place to sleep and dont care about anything else then this place might work. One otber good note is that it is right on the beach. Too bad I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The inside of the room was spotless! Very hot shower and very comfortable bed. Room had been updated. Outside of building was missing paint from salt water and concrete needed pressure washing BUT once inside in all areas, including the nice hot tub and pool area.. spotless.. we will return in the summer since the beach rafting is so nice

The Beachside Resort in Sunnyside is a good place to stay during the off season near PCB. The rooms are what you'd expect for the price, but the view, location, and pool make up for it. The facility is clean, but worn, and in need of some TLC. Regardless, Beachside is a good time for your dime.

Can’t beat the sunset views. Great location.

Location was absolutely perfect. My room was literally steps from beach. Beautiful views and incredible spot to watch sunset. I didn’t use pool or hot tub although they booked ok. Staff were very nice. Rooms are very basic and dated and could use a deep cleaning and better housekeeping. Hair in the tub and food wrappers in the corner. Elevator and hallway dirty and kind of grungy. However, I’m on a limited budget and was able to stay two nights instead of only one somewhere else because the price was very affordable.

Checking in was delay 2 hours .When we got room air didn't work waited . Change room. They need to up keep rooms better out side needs painted. Carpet needs to remove. Tile floors need clean better. Drinks at bar are overprice. High dollar resort were better and cost less. Don't stay
