The mold and disrepair of the facility was unacceptable. It was moldy, dirty, grimy the paint is lifting off the wall and falling to the ground. The smell of mold is overwhelming. It’s a resort hotel that is technically a motel. The description is very misleading

I liked that it was safe, quiet and looked good from the front. The elevators have much to be desired. Very noisy and old. There were mosquitoes flying around in the elevators. Arrived Sunday night March 23 at around 8 PM. Very quick check in - that was good. Got up to the room and it was ok. The tiles were broken in certain sections but I was there for the beach so I didn't complain about it or think it was a deal breaker. Monday morning, I ordered doordash breakfast. Went to wash my hands and it was sputtering, barely coming out. Tried to flush the toilet and there was no water, so I knew then that something wasn't right. Called the front desk. Was informed there was a leak and ALL water was shut off "would be turned on as promptly as possible"... I was without water for over 3 hours on Day 1 of my stay. When it came back on, I got a bath and during my relaxation, I tried to fill more water in the bathtub. It was OFF again. The water was beginning to get cold in the bathtub so I got out and drained the bathtub. The water barely drained. It took almost an hour from unplugging the drain to it being drained completely. I was there for 5 nights and just dealt with it. I would not suggest staying here for more than a 2 day stay if these things are important to you. Staff was very friendly. That's a plus. Food suggestion: Sunnyside Grill If you don't carry cash, stop at the ATM. Sunnyside Grill does not use debit or credit cards. Only Cash or Checks.

The property is good for the location and staying simple! Hot tub had issues while we were there but the view is spectacular and the room was great for what we needed. The front desk Oseana was the absolute BEST and made sure our accommodations and time spent there was definitely worth it! She is great to deal with! Her smile is contagious also!

There were 2 broken soap dispensers in my room when I arrived and the room smelled musty. I had to constantly adjust the thermostat and didn’t sleep well because of that. I also thought I was getting a room with a kitchenette. But, I did get a room with a beach view that was lovely. I also enjoyed being able to walk to the beach within minutes of leaving my room!
