A complete rundown mess. Broken stuff facilities don’t work for instanced, outdoor showers, broken, umbrellas, tattered. Water pressure in bathroom. Air condition was broken and leaking all over our balcony, resulting in an unsightly stain. It looked disgusting. Spend our entire trip noting how awful this property has gone downhill. Been here 4 times, never coming again.

The pictures displayed online looks NOTHING like the actual facility… I am not happy about my experience and I WILL NOT motivate anyone to stay there… They had “surge protectors”👀 that kept flipping if you tried to watch TV and warm up your food at the same time was UNREAL!!! We almost left the minute we walked in, but couldn’t find another place. The only plus about this place was the staff… They were amazing and very friendly/helpful…

What a waste of a good location. The beach is amazing, but the hotel is really “tired”. Bathroom looks like it was built in the 70s and stayed there. Fridge in the room was as noisy as a diesel truck. The humidity in the room was so high that the carpet was wet all the time. TV was from the first generation of LCDs. Bath drain was clogged, and the water would take 30 min to go down. We decided to leave early, but sad as this was definitely not cheap.

Drove from Indiana only to get 2 hours away and receive a call from them cancelling. The money was in my account, no other place had any issues and they said it wouldn’t go through. When I look online later the room is priced at twice the amount I was paying through Expedia. Then get home and receive an email asking how my stay was!!!! That’s hilarious, my poor grandson had to witness me bawling and having a meltdown wondering if we were going to have a place to stay.

Needs updating

Was an older hotel. Could use some paint. Front door was stuck and hard to open and shut. Lighting was low and bathroom sink, and toilet were 1970’s vintage. Room was a long way from the elevator and still had to go down several stairs to get to room. Overall okay for the price and it was clean. Staff was courteous.

The hotel is older but the room was very clean and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. This end is not as crowded which is a bonus.
