THE SPACE:
As you enter this beautifully restored 1942 Florida Cottage, you are greeted first by the charming Florida room where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning, a cocktail in the evening or both! From there you are welcomed into the living room and dining room spaces, both offering a stunning backdrop of exposed brick and charm galore!

The tastefully decorated living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, television and cozy spaces to curl up with a good book. Next up, the beautiful kitchen is truly at the heart of this home! It is nestled between the dining room and the enclosed back porch so you are still part of the conversation while whipping up a gourmet meal! The enclosed porch comes complete with a pull out sleep sofa, comfy seating, electric fireplace, television, coffee station and plenty of games and reading for all ages.
Step down into the attached game room and you’ll find a foosball table, card table, more games and the laundry facilities.

The back yard is fully fenced with tons of space for corn hole, frisbee, or just relaxing under the covered seating area. Additional amenities include a fire-pit, BBQ grill, beach wagon, beach chairs and toys to make your day on the beach perfect!

3 full bedrooms each with queen beds, closets and dressers. Each is also equipped with room darkening shades. Full bath with tub and shower, start up shampoo, conditioner and soap included! Additional pull out sofa with queen bed.

The house is located 1.5 blocks from St. Andrews Bay to the south with a public beach access and 2 blocks to Lake Caroline to the east. You are 1 mile to downtown St. Andrews where you will find tons of great restaurants, shopping and the St. Andrews Marina! Also only 2 miles from downtown Panama City which is undergoing a wonderful revitalization!

The entire house is at your disposal. The only restrictions are the outdoor shed and the locker in bedroom #1
Other things to note
Smoking is not allowed in the house, If you smoke outside, please do not leave butts in the yard.
If you have a pet, please clean up behind them.
Absolutely no parties without prior approval from management.
Beach equipment in the back yard is here for to use, we just ask that you return it to it's spot before you check out.
