The room that I thought I was getting with a balcony turned out to be a basement room that looked as if they stopped working on it to give us a room., it smelled moldy had no phone or did we have service to get calls on our cell phones..had to look at fire stick tv didn’t have cable..I will never stay there again.. lady at the desk said we had to pay $50 to move to another room.. clean up fee , there should have been rooms available already. Keep giving me the runaround on speaking to a manager.

Most of representatives are great, but the room quality isn’t good. I and my friends booked this hotel for many times per year, almost 2-3 times per month. Lots of times, we requested to change room (we saw tons of rooms being still available), just because of the problems of the AC, bathrooms, or bad smells on sofa/ beds, but we never get the things done. My friends already told they never come back here again. I still sometimes book this hotel because it’s close to the pier we go fishing, but not really satisfied.

Room was good although they charged me an extra $100 as they had me in a cabana room and I couldn't see the ocean.. I had paid for ocean view. and when I checked on hotels. com it was the same cost (not $100 more). Disappointed about that part but rest was good.

Shower leaked. Reported after check in. Probably needed a washer on the spindle. I checked up on it and was sdvised they couldnt repair during my stay. Otherwise the staff was very helpful, especially the maid services. The beds were excellent. Best beds and pillows I ever used.

Overall, the location was great as we were there for Ironman FL. Parking is easy. Room is clean and with a great beach view. Hotel does have rooms across the street which don't look so great. We booked a beach view room and originally assigned a none beach view room. Then we had to ask for ir which they provided a room almost immediately even tho we came in a little early.

i stayed in room 105 and room 102 both were amazing! room 105 was small definitely for 2 people and the beach access was right out the door. room 102 was right down the hall, it was a 2 bed with a kitchenette very spacious! the pools are both great and the hot tub is hot! staff was all very nice and i was able to check in at 12 when check in is after 2. it’s a bit outdated but the price is great and the layout makes it so much more special. i booked this hotel because it was pet friendly but unfortunately it is listen in the terms and conditions no pets but i brought my pup and everyone seemed okay with it and i also seen a few other dogs as well. overall a good stay
