This was an overall positive hotel experience for me. The staff were professional and responsive to issues and needs as they arose. The hotel is well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood seemed safe, with some small neighborhood stores and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is average, in terms of selection and food quality, but gets the job done. The room refrigerator worked well. The hotel only provides free in-room coffee for the first night, which is excessively cheap given the room price. Overall, I would stay here again when visiting Panama City.

The hotel was comfortable and convenient to local dining. We were able to use the tour operator located in the lobby and had very good tours. We were surprised to find that we had to pay for breakfast, we thought it was included.

Conditions were what you would expect from Hilton except one: My complaint is that there were cockroaches in the bathroom on the sink area and later on the toilet seat. Didn't complain ; checked out of the room and went to another hotel instead of extending my stay. Just saying....sometimes name brand not better....
