It was ok for a 1 night stay. Our room smelled like mildew, but was clean. The indoor pool area didnt have enough chairs/tables. My son daid it was a little cold There was a girl in a thong bottom in the hot tub then walked through the pool area where children were. Which i didnt care for. In my opion there shouldnt be those kinds of bottoms at a family hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It has wonderful, clean rroms. They are nice and roomy. The beds are very comfortable. It is pet friendly. No carpet to worry with. I enjoyed my stay.

The property was fine. What I didn't like is having an additional, unexpected extra night charged to my card at 3am on the first night of my stay, then my deposit ($100) still hasn't been returned two days after checkout.

Upon arrival to this property, we were given keys to someone elses room. Thankfully they weren't in the room as we entered. Then when we get the right keys and get to our room, it smelled like mildew. We turned the air on low and hoped that would do the trick. We left and when we came back the room was sticky and felt like water was present. We tried to tough it out that night and barrly slept. The next morning I went down to the front desk to let them know we'd like another room due to the issues. We got keys for an even worse room on the 4th floor. So we kept our original room and had to have an industrial size dehumidifier in our room for the rest of our stay in order to be comfortable. It was large and in the way not to mention incredibly noisey. Our last night there we needed to use the laundry facilities and while our clothes were drying, someone took a pair of pants that clearly didnt belong to them. Owner said there's not much they can do but would try his best to recover them but then didnt ask what kind of pants, size, description, etc. Lastly the staff member who handled the breakfast buffet was less than friendly. She yelled at multiple people and continuously expressed frustration and anger every morning. This place needs some work. Not worth what we paid.

This is the only place I stay when I come to the Panama City area. I have been coming here for years because the staff always treats me great Always clean and smelling sweet with the most reasonable rates make it the best value around.
