No complaints. The front desk staff was unbelievable!! The breakfast manager ( a very nice lady(I believe she may be from Germany) kept food coming and was so polite-and helpful. She was very personable. There were a good many patrons in the breakfast area - she never hesitated, was confident and reassuring. I didn’t meet the housekeeping staff but in my observation I saw a clean, welcoming environment. My room was clean, quiet and without foreign smells which are sometimes present in older facilities. Anytime we come to PC IN THE FUTURE, this is where we will stay. Thanks to all the staff for working so hard to make our stay pleasant.

This hotel is cheap so if you are looking for somewhere affordable it’s a good price. Leading up to the rooms and in the hallways has an odor like they need to deep clean the carpets because even in the rooms there is an odor. The a/c makes a sound every 10 seconds and it’s hard to ignore. I heard it throughout my stay and throughout the night. It was hard to sleep. I even asked the manager if she could have maintenance look at it and she said that the Manufacture who they got the ac units from said that that they all sound like that and was happy to switch me in a different room so i could hear the ac unit and decide what to do. She took me to 2 rooms and the first room smelled like pee and Fish it was horrible. She could smell it too and told me she can spray the room for me and i declined because no way it should smell like that. She took me to the second room and ofc it had a smell but not as unbearably. The ac unit in the room was also making a weird sound even tho they work fine. I was not happy with this stay. My blankets had stains on them. Even when they came to change my beddings the new sheets also had stains. I was ready to leave and will not stay here again.

Another 5 star stay at the Wingate in Lynn Haven. No complaints at all. I do have a suggestion though. I would add some Premium channels to the cable package. Not everyone likes the same old basic cable.

The bed was super comfy and the room had a large walk-in shower. Fantastic thick white towels and wash clothes and plenty of them. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, bacon, cereals, etc. All cooked fresh and replenished frequently. Highly recommend.

It's a beautiful property and I have stayed at a bunch of the hotels around here and this one is by far the best for the money, best breakfast and cleanest, the beds are so comfy and aren't spring beds, they are memory foam, they will come change your linens everyday and the staff is amazing:⁠-⁠)
