4 bedroom villa set over 3 levels, is situated on the east coast of Cyprus, in an area boasting some of the islands finest beaches.

The décor of the villa and the quality of the furnishings pay tribute to the owners remarkably good taste. Decorated in muted caramel, cream and lemon tones with an abundance of homely touches, there is a particularly warm and inviting feel to this property. A combination of wooden fencing and newly planted trees and shrubbery ensure a good degree of privacy around the pool area and provide welcome splashes of colour to the property perimeter.

The open plan ground floor consists of a kitchen, dining area and living area. The living area features a flatscreen TV with surround sound, andorid box system, DVD player and wireless internet connection.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is located on the lower level just outside the linen/ironing room. The dining area has a large extendable table which seats six. A separate shower room is also located on this level.

A flight of stairs leads to the lower level where a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room is located. The master double bedroom with en suite shower room is located on the first floor along with two further twin bedrooms. The master double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the pool area. There is a separate full bathroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units which are included in the price.

The 9m x 5m private swimming pool (depths 1.15m,1.60m and 2.20m) is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace, complete with sunbeds and a poolside shower. The barbecue offers perfect al fresco dining opportunities whilst enjoying the uninterrupted view of the sparkling blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

Villa Tomas

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location for both beach’s and local amenities and nightlife if you wish. Villa is in a lovely location. Air con could do with being extra time during a heatwave as 2 hrs isn’t enough. The pool is superb and kept clean through out our stay. Plenty of traditional restaurants. Would recommend
