This fabulous 7 bedroom villa offers the ultimate in luxury, space and privacy. Both inside and outside, the villa is stunning in every way and you are ensured a peaceful, luxurious break along with the privilege of breathtaking sea views over the Protaras area. A fantastic property for large family groups.

Upon entering the villa, you will find a spacious reception hall with winding staircase leading to the first floor. The villa features 2 living room areas with comfortable sofas, Tv area, a log-burning fireplace and patio doors allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sea views from every angle. There are large widescreen televisions, satellite Tv and complimentary wireless Internet. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with modern furniture and marble floors throughout.

A spacious kitchen is located next to the main living area and offers adequate space for dining and entertaining. A large en-suite double bedroom is located on the ground floor along with a Tv and games room with a sofa-bed which counts as the 7th bedroom of the villa.

On the first floor, you will find a further 5 double bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, family bathroom and an outside terrace with seating area where you can enjoy the panoramic views over Protaras. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also located on this floor.

At the back of the villa a stunning garden area features a large overflow pool, barbecue area and a separate outside bar and kitchen area. Spacious covered and uncovered seating areas provide plenty of room for outside dining, sunbathing and relaxation and panoramic sea views can be enjoyed.

There is a bus stop a few hundred metres away from the villa where you can get buses to Protaras and Ayia Napa. From Larnaca Airport it is 45 minutes by taxi or car. Parking is available at the villa
