Hotel is a small place ,but in a perfect area But,please be aware of the problem this hotel has and no one mentioned it.half of the hotel on the garden side has an appartement above it.tanent make noisea all day night and day.loud noises and hotel is aware and can't do anything about it.i brought it to the front desk attention and theh say they know and cant do anything .my room was 002 and apartment above me didnt even consider there is a hotel room below and people need to rest.

We have stayed at the hotel several times now and love it! We came back for my partners birthday and they gave us champagne and macarons. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, our Eurostar was delayed and they helped us check in 2 hours late at 12am. Amazing hotel!

The location of the property was great. There are so many shopping centers and restaurants nearby. The hotel was nice and clean, but I thought the service was okay. We needed towels one evening and the staff told me they did not have any towels and I would have to wait until the next day. Also, I did not like that you had to schedule time to workout. Overall experience was okay, but I probably would not stay there again.

I loved my stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated, spacious and clean. The hotel itself and the area around it was super quiet and not crowded even though you are only a block off of avenue champs elysees.

Highly recommend!

Loved this hotel. The service was great! Friendly, helpful but not hovering. Nice quiet, calm atmosphere and elegantly and chicly decorated. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Great location very close to Arc d Triomphe and Champs Elysses and public transportation. Walkable to Seine and other site. Safe area and quiet street.

Great location

Great first impression with a tastefully decorated lobby and lounge areas. Very high end and elegant furnishings. Our junior suite was large enough for 4 adults (2 single sofa beds + 1 queen). Modern, ckean bathroom is compact but worked. Beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of storage in the room we had Complimentary water. Safe in room. Lift at entry and to upper floors. Excellent location with just a few minutes walk to the Paris metro and the Champs Elysee. Night staff were friendly and professional during check in. Day staff were less friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
