Casa Carmen is a 1000 m² estate located in a rural setting 2 km from Cangas de Onís, ideal for enjoying a holiday with family or friends. At Casa Carmen, you can enjoy various areas:



- To the southeast, there is a spacious porch with comfortable sofas and views of the Picos de Europa.

- To the southwest, you will find a table and chairs to enjoy the garden, a mulberry tree providing cool shade, and the tranquility of the forest behind the property.

- To the west, there is a flat meadow with a badminton net.

- To the north, there is a gazebo where you can dine outdoors.



The common areas of the house invite you to relax and have fun, with excellent communication between the interior and exterior thanks to large windows. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The dining room features an extendable table and a music system. The living room offers comfortable armchairs, a sofa, and a 50-inch TV, as well as a second sitting room with a sofa and library.



There is a bathroom in the ground floor bedroom, another on the upper floor, and a guest toilet with a laundry room next to the living room. Each bedroom has its own style, designed for your comfort and quality sleep:



- Ground floor: spacious bedroom with dressing room and bathroom, natural light, tilt-and-turn windows with direct access to the garden, 1.60 m bed, and rustic furniture.

- First floor 1: configurable bedroom with a single bed, two single beds, or a 1.60 m bed, high wooden ceilings, tilt-and-turn window with mosquito net, and views of the Picos de Europa.

- First floor 2: bedroom with two single beds, high wooden ceiling, window with mosquito net, enclosed terrace with sofa and desk, views of the Picos de Europa and the Sierra del Sueve.
