This property was listed as excellent. The pictures from their website looks great. I got a horrible room, old carpet, old bathroom, just old and gross. I left without requesting a refund and went somewhere else. Payton has 3 hotels/motels that allow dogs. Very disappointed with the this property.

Friendly staff, very comfortable bed, great breakfast, close to restaurants & grocery stores, plenty of parking. This was our 4th stay there. Have never been disappointed. Great rates too.

It would be good if they dusted the high wall shelf which had dust hanging over the side. Also, maybe clean the cloth chair. I’m sensitive to dust and it was pretty bad. However, we totally enjoyed the room jacuzzi.

Family get-away...including our pup!

Went looking for a pet-friendly place to stay in Payson. This was an amazing option. Went for the premium to have a larger space. That we got in spades! Both a front and back door for access to a puppy-friendly area. It was lovely. We only had one complaint...there wasn't a plug close to the lovely desk. Instead a multi-function was beside the bed against the wall. Otherwise, we had a lovely couch, fireplace and in-room jacuzzi!

Pet Owners Beware

Pet owners beware. Was accused of our pet leaving a urine odor in room and had to be cleaned. This was a total lie. Our 4lb Sevice Dog has disposable pee pads used for 7 years. Never had an accident or issue in any Hotel we have stayed. Or Plane, Ship etc. Was a total rip off. Beware Beware. $150 lie
