Just a short walk from Coral Bay centre, with plenty of shops and restaurants to discover, Coral Bay Sun is ideally situated just 150m from the heart of the action. A great location for those that love history, the West Coast of Cyprus is filled with ancient ruins, medieval churches and must-see museums. The historic town of Paphos is a short 20-minute car ride away, where you can enjoy the day exploring ancient walls, an impressive castle and cobbled back streets filled with boutique shops and trendy bars.
Alternatively, days might be best spent by the pool back at the villa. The 8x4m pool is a beautiful blue and provides that much-needed cool down on a day summer's day. There's a wooden pergola and a covered terrace for a spot of alfresco dining, as well as a portable BBQ for the budding chefs out there. Famous for its delicious cuisine, Cyprus offers an array of traditional dishes. Why not grill up some marinated souvlaki skewers or halloumi burgers on the BBQ for your friends and family?
Inside, the villa is split into two levels. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a smart TV for your entertainment. Enjoy movie nights in with your favourite movie and a bucket of popcorn! There's also a king-size bedroom on the ground floor with its own access to the patio terrace and access to a separate shower room. There are a further two bedrooms on the first floor, both with access to a balcony and a family-sized bathroom.
When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 76cm wide. The lounge door is 96cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 95cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 80cm wide, there is a step down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 300cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 73cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 68cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
