Villa El DescansoThe traditional “Villa El Descanso” offers you exactly this: a rest and break from the bustling daily routines. Located in Monte Pego, near Denia (the capital of the Marina Alta region) on the Costa Blanca does it offer a perfect blend of tranquillity and stunning landscapes.The villa with its 120m² and a great pool terrace with stunning views welcomes you. In the main house you have three bedrooms, two with queen seize beds (1.60x2.00m) and two single (0.80x2.00m), and two bathrooms (one en-suite with bathtub). Two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, of which one also cools down the living area. Additionally, you have a separate apartment with en-suite shower bath, to offer your friends, kids or other family members some privacy. The studio, located below the pool level, does have another queen seize bed (1.60x2.00m) and also an ensuite bathroom with shower. The open plan kitchen opens to the dining area and the cosy living room, from which you access the pool terrace. The pool is welcoming you for a swim or just to relax on the terrace. Here is also the BBQ-area for the perfect meal. Enjoy a serene lifestyle while being close to the vibrant towns of Pego and Denia. All our properties are non-smoking houses. For your convenience, all our houses are already equipped with bed linen and towels. We charge a small laundry fee for this.The rental price includes an electricity consumption of 20 kWh / day. An additional consumption will be billed separately. A security deposit will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure if no damages have been done. There is a cleaning fee, which is not included in the rental price.From the 1 July until 31 August the arrivals and departures can only be realized on a Saturday. We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
