Enjoy the best of the countryside and beach in this charming residence, with stunning views of the sea and the sound of birds as your soundtrack. Spacious and bright, it accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and 3 bathrooms.

The exterior has a garden, shower, charcoal barbecue and pool both shared with the neighboring residence and available between 8am and 10pm, loud noise is not permitted, eating or drinking inside the pool is not allowed. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water next to the pool.

There are 3 friendly cats that roam freely around the property — to prevent them from entering the house, simply keep the doors leading to the garden and pool closed.

**Attention the external shower can reach high temperatures in summer and the pool has no gate with a lock, so children must always be accompanied by an adult in outdoor areas, even with the pool covered. The property has external cameras that monitor the garden, pool and facades, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. Access to the residence is via 5 steps at the entrance, plus 3 to the kitchen and living room, and two flights of stairs with 16 steps to the bedrooms on the first floor. The second floor is not available to guests.

We ask that you report any damage before departure, that you use the municipal bins for garbage daily, and that you use the washing machine only for clothes — shoes and sneakers can cause damage. Pets are not allowed, smoking in any area of the property is not permitted, external visits to guests are not allowed nor events of any kind.
