This stunning condo features a master suite with a queen bed and an ensuite and a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bathroom with a tub shower combo. This is enough space to accommodate 4 people comfortably. In addition to the gulf views, this complex offers a community pool and direct access to the beach. Cook a lovely meal in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy a cup of coffee or a nice cocktail on the balcony! Enjoy your next vacation at Emerald Isle 704!

Visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping dining, live music, swimming, or strolling down the boardwalk. The Shell, an iconic Pensacola Beach landmark is at the heart of the boardwalk. Stop by for live music in the summer!

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach hosts an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.

The rooms were all clean and ready for us upon arrival. It was easy to access the building. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw several helicopters, small planes and even was able to see a Blue Angel jet fly by one afternoon! It was a great place to stay for a weeks vacation.

This condo is in a great location, but needs some upkeep. We had to call maintenance right away because one of the shower handles did not work properly. It was loose and you had to push the handle and get it in the right spot or it did not work. Also, it was hard to figure out how to get the main tv to work with cable. The ones in the bedroom worked with no problem. Maintenance did come right away and repaired the shower. We finally figured out how the tv works by putting it on the input for Xbox and then using the guide on the remote. This could have been solved by simply having directions in the family room. The bed in the guest bedroom was also very squeaky and was irritating. The condo seemed semi-clean. The linens were were clean, but the floors seemed dirty. Also, the paint on baseboards and the trim around the bathroom mirrors were chipping. The pedestal sinks also did not have any room for set things. We’ve stayed at another condo at Emerald Isle before and had a much better experience. Would not stay in this one again.

This trip was a long-awaited vacation for my mom and me. The condo’s location and ocean view were amazing! We loved the view from the balcony & living area and appreciated the short walk across the boardwalk to the beach.Unfortunately, that’s where the excitement ended. Check-in was frustrating—we didn’t receive a parking entry code and had no staff on-site at 5 PM. We spent time texting and calling before finally getting access.The condo’s cleanliness was disappointing. Floors were sandy, dirty and dusty, the bathroom mirror was splattered, and there was hair on the toilet. We ended up cleaning ourselves. For a week-long stay, we were given only two dishwasher pods and two trash bags. The couches and rug were visibly stained, so we covered them with sheets. One bathtub handle barely worked and stopped functioning by Thursday, forcing us to share one shower.Midweek, the building had maintenance with little notice, so we had to be up and ready early without knowing when they’d enter. Communication was poor throughout.I wish the owner knew the cleaning crew isn’t doing proper turnovers. Whether it’s understaffing or lack of effort, it’s unacceptable for a trip like this. Very disappointing for what should have been a special experience.

The unit has great views but poor amenities. Mold in bathrooms, dirty floors, stains on furniture & obviously dirty, had to put covers on the couch. Dirty rugs, dirty appliances with food stains, sticky fingerprints on windows, drawers easily fall out of dressers, uncomfortable beds & living room furniture. Exterior patio doors wouldn’t lock. Felt like we were staying in a run down motel. Elevators poorly lit with no AC, paint flaking off walls. Obvious upgrades to security access were good. I wasn’t expecting the Four Seasons but for over 400/night, it should be clean and comfortable. Unit desperately needs furniture and kitchen upgrade.

This condo was the perfect spot—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially loved the balcony views, and during our stay, we were directly on the flight path for the Blue Angels, we had a front-row seat on the private balcony . Everything was well-stocked, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay here again! Just claim both of your parking spots early as on busy weekend the condominium runs out of parking spaces.

Condo is beautiful and clean. Would recommend putting curtains up in the front bedroom. The light shining through the blinds is a lot. Also the front bathroom could be more functional, there’s no countertop just a pedestal sink. Overall our trip was great just throwing out a few suggestions.

Beds are not comfortable, half of the electrical outlets do not work, kitchen cookware needs updating and overall cleanliness of the unit could be better. For the price of this unit, owners can do better.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beachfront condo! The view of the Gulf was absolutely beautiful, and we loved being just a short walk from restaurants and shops. The condo was spacious, the kitchen was fairly well equipped, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony - the furniture out there was comfortable and perfect for taking in the view.There downside was the elevator wait times could be long (sometimes over 10 minutes), and some high-touch areas like bathroom cabinets and doors could use a more thorough cleaning. That said, we had a good time overall and appreciated the location and space. We’d consider staying here again.

Poor management company

The property itself was great. However, the codes were a constant issue. I had to contact several times because the code to the front door didn’t work at the pedestrian gate or the pool gate. One time we were locked out on the beach at night yelling for someone to let us in. Also I had a parking permit but got 3 parking violation stickers which were placed directly on my rental car window. Management company just could not get it right.

Perfect location and great views

Very reasonable price. Clean condo with beautiful views, no obstructions whatsoever. A very short walk to the boardwalk which has an excellent variety of restaurants and shops. Located directly on the beach.

Absolutely wonderful!!!

It was very nice!! A couple of minor repairs were needed, the curtain covering the door to exit to the balcony needed some attention and the door itself needed the lock repaired, other than that I loved it!! Hope I can stay there again soon!! Thank you all for being so kind & helpful!!!
