Ole yksi ensimmäisistä vieraista vuokrata tämän täysin remontoitu 7BR Beach House! Tämä talo on ammattimaisesti suunniteltu sisältämään värit ja tekstuurit löytyvät täällä hämärän rannikolla ja ympäröivillä ranta-alueilla. Se on täydellinen paikka isojen ryhmien isännöimiseen, mutta silti on pieni ja viehättävä pieni ranta-bungalow. Osa remontin tässä talossa on päivitetty keittiö, kaikki uudet kalusteet, uusi sisustus, mukautetun rakennettu kerrossänky huone ja hiljattain remontoitu yksityinen sviitti.

Tämä talo sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla kuuluisan Ariola Drive Pensacola Beach! Hotellilla on oma rantahotelli vain 5 askeleen päässä ajotieltä. Kiinteistössä on runsaasti oviaukkoja uima-altaalle, grillattavalle tai vain näkemyksille. Pohjakosketus on täydellinen paikka rentoutua ja virkistäytyä pitkän päivän jälkeen rannalla. Tämä talo, kun se on löydetty, on loma-asunnon suosikki! Se on toinen erittäin haluttu koti kuten muut Ariola Drive -varastomme.

Tämä ranta omaisuus sopii erinomaisesti suurelle perheelle tai ystäväryhmälle lomaillessaan yhdessä. Kotitasolla on suuri avoin konsepti, johon kuuluu keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone. Se ylpeilee 6 makuuhuonetta päätyyteen sekä 4 täyttä kylpyammeet ja puoli kylpyamme. Tähän tasoon löytyy myös suuri pesutupa. Toinen makuuhuone ja kylpyamme ovat erillisellä tasolla, ja ne on suunniteltu toimimaan lakisääteisiksi suiteiksi tai ylimääräisiksi pakoille ryhmälle.
Tämä ominaisuus on suunniteltu sisältämään makuuasut melkein minkä tahansa ryhmän tilanteeseen. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio sekä uudet patjat.
Makuuhuoneen ulkoasu sisältää kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta.
Päämakuuhuoneessa on king-vuode sekä sohva / sohva, joka on täydellinen lapselle. Tässä suuressa makuuhuoneessa on myös erillinen sisäänkäynti, joka astuu ulos kannelle sekä iso kylpyhuone. Tässä kylpyhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä pesuallasta, suihkulla ja iso kylpyamme. Toinen makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja kylpyhuone, jossa on suuri turhamaisuus ja kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä.
Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta on myös king-vuoteet ja jakaa jack ja Jill tyyli kylpyhuone. Tämä kylpyhuone on myös suuri turhamaisuus ja kylpyamme / suihku combo. Lisäksi kaksi makuuhuonetta tällä tasolla jakavat jack ja Jill kylpyhuone. Yksi näistä makuuhuoneista on kaksi queen-sänkyä ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi mukautettua kerrossänkyä, joissa on neljä queen-patjaa.

Toinen suuri ominaisuus tässä kodissa on hiljattain remontoitu pohjakerros. Tämä alue on hyvin yksityinen muusta kotitalosta ja on helposti saatavilla altaalta ja pysäköintialueilta. Se sisältää nukkumisalue (2 queen-vuodetta), mutta myös oleskelualueen, jossa on suuri litteä näyttö. Tässä huoneessa on myös oma kylpyhuone kylpyammeella / suihkulla.

Tämä kiinteistö on rakennettu vuonna 2012, mutta äskettäin ostivat uudet omistajat. He eivät säästäneet kustannuksia päivittää sisustus ja suunnittelu varmistaa, että lomanviettäjille on hämmästyttävä kokemus vierailemalla meidän kuilu rannikolla. Tule hyödyntämään kaikkia uusia parannuksia ja lisätilaa tehdessäsi loma-muistoja, jotka kestävät eliniän!
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Pensacola Beach Beaches. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Great location!

This house is in the perfect spot with beach access right across the road. The set up was great for our group of 5 families. Plenty of space. The private pool was a huge plus and happy with it being gated to keep the kids safe. Would highly recommend!

Team trip

Our team came down to play in a volleyball tournament and we had an absolute blast. The rooms were way bigger than I had anticipated, we had plenty of space for all of our players to hangout. The pool was an awesome touch for those who wanted to swim but couldn’t because of Francine coming in the day we got there. Overall we had a great time and played well in the tournament too, so that was a plus!

Pensacola family vacation

The 14 family members had a wonderful time staying in Pensacola Beach. The house worked well for us - everyone had their space. We were a little spoiled from a previous beach house which had more bathrooms and two laundry rooms but it worked out just fine. We were just steps away from the beautiful beach. The pool made it nice for swimming when we chose not to be at the beach. Overall the only thing I would have changed is the decking and more comfortable seating on the deck.

Great vacay!

Everything was as pictured! We had 3 families of friends together for spring break and had more than enough room for everyone. What we really appreciated was a bathroom for every room, double dishwashers and 2 sinks in the kitchen, 2 fridges, the private pool, and beach access right across the street (plus, this part of the beach wasn't crowded). Received quick responses to questions and changes up to the trip, plus frequent messages and reminders. No issues while we were there. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic property for large family

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our holiday family vacation. The layout allowed plenty of time together while the bedrooms were quiet enough to allow folks private/sleep time when needed. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook and it was awesome to have a gas grill on hand. Close beach access, an amazing porch and beautiful decor sure made it tough to leave. Huge kudos to the property team that communicated so clearly every step of the way. Can I give 6 stars :)??!

Family Reunion

This home was a perfect place to enjoy some time with family. We mostly came from out of state. My 26 yo daughter said we couldn't have picked a better house for the vacation. We got the pool heated up and because of that some people went swimming in 65degree weather. And there is another frig downstairs which made it perfect for the cooking outdoors. Thank you!!

Pensacola Beach House

This property had the least equipped kitchen of any property I have ever rented in over 30 years. There were no measuring cups and the knives were cheap and dull. Limited cookware. Not much silverware for a house advertised to sleep 25. Obviously, an investment property. There were only 7 chairs for the dining table and 6 bar stools. So only 13 people can sit and eat. The property manager was very efficient and prompt to respond to appliance and equipment issues. The ac in the lower level leaked and ruined several of my books. They did not offer to reimburse even though there was an upholstered stool under the unit. The house sleeps a big group well but doesn’t provide great ways for them to eat. The pool was great and the beach access was wonderful.

Fabulous!!! Enormous clean beach home for large family gathering. Beautifully decorated!!

This home is large, spacious and beautifully decorated. My son is in the Navy and was getting married over the weekend. We had many family members coming in from out of town and instead of staying in a stuffy hotel we decided to stay together in a large beach house. This house was perfect for our group. The exterior of the house probably needs a paint job to brighten it up. However, don't let that weathered exterior look fool you. The interior of this House is unbelievably gorgeous!!! Immediately, when you walk through the front doors your jaw will drop. This home is fabulous!!!! It was super clean, very spacious and decorated to the nines. The kitchen and living room area was our main hub every night to gather for dinner. We cooked every night where and enjoyed a meal comfortably in the large open kitchen and living room area. There was no shortage of seating to enjoy one another. The guys loved even watching football on the main TV . We prepared a large meal almost every night except for the wedding night. The kitchen was fully equipped with an enormous amounts of utensils, pots, pans , glass wear, appliances as well as all bar essentials (blender, cork screws,etc). So it gets better - Two dishwasher, two full size refrigerators was a major plus for our family. The gorgeous "quiet" Beach was directly across the street where it was literally steps from the house. The crystal blue in-ground pool in the back yard was just the icing on the cake. Plenty of out door seating on all of the decks areas. The rocking chairs and the grill on the pool deck was so relaxing. The Property manager was more than helpful and answered all my questions promptly. I Cannot not say enough good things about this property. Seriously Beautiful we will stay there again as long as my son is in Pensacola. Highly recommend for any family gatherings for all ages. Perfect!!

After Summer Fun

We came with 7 couples for a long weekend getaway and couldn’t be more pleased with the property and Gulf Coast Properties. The pool light out the first night and GCG came and fixed it very quickly! We received a new barbecue grill while we were there which was awesome for our steak dinner! The property was a great quiet location within feet of the beach access. Everything was very clean and stocked very well. We loved having 6 bedrooms all on the same floor. The extra fridge downstairs was great by the pool area! Pool was very clean! Beautiful home & location

This home was beautiful and true to the pictures. It is in a perfect location and the pool is a great addition for little kids or for those rougher days at the ocean. Our family enjoyed this trip and we will use this property again in the future.

Wonderful property just across the street from the beach!

We had 8 guests ranging from 12-70 and this property was amazing for our extended family stay. Except for one couple, everyone was able to sleep on the main floor, and gather in the open kitchen/dining/living area. The kids' bunks are queen sized and our teenagers were able to sleep comfortably. The downstairs suite is roomy but is a little "cave-like" since it has no windows. It has its own air conditioning unit and was comfortable for our group, but do note that it isn't "walled off" like a bedroom (it has direct access to the back door, leading to the carport and pool). Having the second refrigerator at the pool entrance (but inside) is a wonderful idea as it lets you have pool beverages handy, and there is also a bathroom located right there. The outdoor shower kept the sand outside which is fantastic when you're at the beach! We ate most meals in, and the kitchen was stocked with everything necessary to cook for 20 people; two dishwashers came in handy. My only suggestions, if the owners wanted to make this home next-level, would be 1) an ice machine, and 2) more hooks/towel bars by the pool and in all the bathrooms. With only one bath towel per person, it's difficult to dry out the towels between showers!
