The condo was wonderful. The balcony was nice and big and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and dishes. However there were no kitchen extras like salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc., so be prepared to bring your own. The check-in and check-out process was cumbersome and unexpected as I am not accustomed to having to go off-sight to get room key codes before I can get into the unit. Usually the key codes are provided online and anything else you may need like parking passes are left in the unit for you. The only issue I had with the beach experience was with the beach service providing chairs and umbrella and the HOA of the condo complex - but that is in no way the fault of the rental company. However because of that I may not ever book again in this condo complex.

Relaxing

We had just left OB from a 5 night stay with our kids/grand kids. We wanted to stay an extra few days to rest and relax. Sandy Key was the perfect spot!!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. 423 has recently been remodeled and was absolutely beautiful!! I would highly recommend this unit.
