The living area is bright and inviting, complete with a television with flat screen, and flows naturally into the rest of the space. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, 5 gas rings, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, and is complemented by a dining table ideal for shared meals. The apartment has 1 bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. A standout feature of this property is the private terrace of 35 m2, accessible directly from the apartment, furnished and perfect for outdoor relaxation.
