On the ground floor, you will find the living and dining area, which is centred around an open-hearth fireplace and includes a dining table for shared meals. This floor also contains a bedroom with a French bed measuring 150 cm, as well as an open entrance hall fitted with a sofa bed. The kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dedicated dining table. A bathroom with a toilet completes the ground floor layout.

The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase and houses 2 additional bedrooms, one configured with 2 single beds and the other featuring a French bed of 150 cm.
