La Marginella in its entirety: an 18th-century organic farmhouse estate in the hills above Pescia, available as an exclusive private rental for one to five months between November 2026 and March 2027. Four private apartments, three working fireplaces, two kitchens with underfloor heating, a wood-fired jacuzzi in the olive grove, a cold plunge, an outdoor fitness zone, a swimming pool — yours alone for the month.

This is not a group staying in rooms within a larger operation. For the duration of the booking, the entire estate — buildings, grounds, groves, pool, wellness facilities, hillside — belongs to your group, and to no one else. No other guests. No shared amenities. The hillside is yours.

Heating is billed separately based on real consumption across the four apartments. Based on historical experience, this has been approximately €300/month/apartment (€1,200/month for the full estate). WiFi, water and electricity are included in the rental.

A private Tuscan estate with 3 fireplaces, a wood-fired olive grove jacuzzi and a full organic farm, in the Italian winter season, at roughly €20 per person per night — the price of a modest hotel room.

Professional cleaning available at additional cost — Giovanni will arrange at any frequency required.



November at La Marginella — The Olive Harvest

Groups arriving in November can witness or join the olive harvest. The same groves surrounding the farmhouse produce the certified IGP extra virgin olive oil that could then be on your kitchen tables. Giovanni welcomes long-stay groups to pick, watch, or simply stand in the grove while it happens. There are group experiences that cannot be designed or purchased. This is one of them.

Events and celebrations are actively welcome at La Marginella for exclusive winter bookings, subject to prior agreement. Milestone birthdays. A Christmas dinner for fourteen. Family reunions. Corporate retreats. Seasonal events tied to the estate’s own harvest calendar. Giovanni will work with the group to make it possible.

• Il Fienile is on the first floor via external stone staircase; the other three have ground-floor or rear first-floor access — flag any mobility needs
