A homeless man outside the hotel asked me if I wanted to buy a dagger from him. The elevator was the worse thing about the hotel. It took on average 5-10 minutes of waiting to go down to the lobby. It was so bad, we started taking the emergency stairs to go down. The room was clean and the front desk staff was okay. $30 for an average breakfast buffet was insane though.

We stayed at this property for a few days. +ves: 1. The location is good. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. 2. The room was spacious for us (family of 4). 3. The room was clean and serviced regularly. 4. The service was also reasonably good. The staff gave us an early check in without a fuss, which was highly appreciated. -ves: 1. The property is old and the age shows, though this wasn’t a big deal for us. 2. The aircon is a bit noisy, which could bother light sleepers (though it didn’t bother us). Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

The pool was so bad we didn't go in, the scum line was horrific, there was hair and other debris floating in the pool it was appalling. the bathroom was dirty the toilet continued to run and was noisy throughout! So very disappointing!! we will not return!

I was glad the chk in staff member recommended my daughter and I get adjacent rooms, even that didn’t help much. I’d never stayed with you before. Throught the experience would have been something to talk about positively PS an elevator was broken, the others packed and very slow. I asked for 2 more towels for my family of four but it never came. Also I was given very poor service when I checked in my bags and was asked to roll them into the storage room myself. One worked told another one that this was because I did not tip yesterday but my intention is to tip today when I check out 3. In addition my stay included breakfast but was not given my vouchers making it awkward at breakfast this morning as I did not know I needed vouchers. Overall the staff was not friendly or helpful and made my stay uncomfortable. I can only assume they are unhappy staff that aren’t treated well by their employer. If that is the case I’m sorry, but as a paying customer I don’t appreciated the poor customer service. I plan on writing an unsatisfactory review.

AC did nor work, TV did not work, issues at breakfast with health flags. Staff members did try to help with AC and had to move us to another room (upgrade at no cost which was the right thing to do). New room TV did not work and treadmills in gym did not work Would not stay here again.
