The room could have used some extra cleaning there was a considerable amount of dust on the fire sprinklers. The shower handle was difficult to turn on, I had to get the room attached to assist because I didn't want to force/break it. The stand next to the comfy chair had some brown stains on it as if someones tabacco spit spilled. The beds were comfy as were the chocolate chip cookies! Guest services was wonderful! The location is great which is why we always choose this hotel in Philly for our stay!

Moderate stay for expensive price tag

The staff were pleasant, parking was easy and reasonable for location. We had a room on the top floor so the view was awesome but the room needed a deeper cleaning. There was a weird odor, a noticeable liquid that must have been spilled by the bed that smelled, thick dust on air vent. Bed was comfortable otherwise

Garage exit needs to be faster.

It was great until the end. Check in was simple and fast. Explanation of how the parking worked was good. The only thing that happened to us what the 1 hour wait trying to leave the garage as the hotel key card that is supposed to be scanned tonlet you out was not working for most guests leading to a long wait to get out.
