Stylish Home 4BD/4BATH/2 Indoor Car Garage near all Stadiums and Center City

4 bedroom, 4 bath home with a garage big enough for 2 cars. Main floor features an open floor plan with living and dining areas, large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, two bedrooms, one with its own full size tiled bath, along with another full size bath in the hallway. Upper floor has 2 large bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a sitting area. On the upper level are stairs leading up to the beautiful rooftop deck with a spectacular 360 degree view of the city.

This house is a large, spacious gem with plenty of room for everyone. The house has 4 levels with plenty of sleeping and social space. There are four separate sleeping areas so people can have their privacy while enjoying two sitting area for social space. All guests regardless of age count towards the number of guests. Total number of guests in the house may not exceed the number of guests indicated at booking.. No parties are permitted in the house. The house is in a family friendly neighborhood and is not a party house. External Security cameras monitor and record all entrance to the property, including the rooftop.. Smoking is NOT permitted, that also include Hookahs

Great place. We hope to book again for our annual trip. Suggestions. add hooks to bathroom doors , nightlight in hallways, fix bed on second floor as there is metal sticking out, have enough seats in kitchen to accommodate the amount of people the house holds. All in all great place and thank you for the quick responses.

Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture. Interim furniture that was there was still very comfortable and useful. Fully equipped kitchen, but icemaker in door didn’t seem to work…minor inconvenience. Overall, very satisfied!!

The best thing about this location is the private garage parking. Large enough for 2 cars. The living area is basically 2 suites with 2 bedrooms/2 baths on each floor. There is access to the rooftop with beautiful views.

What a gem!

We visited Philadelphia for the Juventus FIFA Club World Cup match at the Linc. Found this gem and so glad we booked it! 2-car garage, individual bedrooms and baths, a rooftop view that was amazing, and a host who is great! Check-in/check-out was super simple. Response time from Gladys (our host) was super quick and informative. The road’s a little tight to navigate, but the garage for parking was such an added perk to this amazingly clean, organized, well-stocked, and convenient location. We were literally minutes from the Sports Complex and the airport. If I’m ever in Philly again soon, this will be my go-to Vrbo! Thanks again, Gladys!

Garage Was a Game Changer!

The house was comfortable, well-located, and perfect for hosting family. On-street parking is tight, so having a two-car garage made things so much easier. The space was clean, communication with the host was great, and check-out was a breeze thanks to the cleaning staff handling everything. Would definitely stay again!

Easter in Philly

Gladys was a helpful host. The original property had recently flooded but she was able to move us to this location. Bedrooms are an amazing size! We wished the living room was able to accommodate more seating though. Overall, it was a good weekend.

Jive 4 BR 4 Bath home

The unit was set up nicely and accommodated the 4 of us with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each. Glad it had a garage because street parking would have been difficult. Host was friendly but a little hard to reach but heard from her right before we came to town. I think she had a family emergency so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. All in all, it worked for us.

Phillies Trip

After looking at hotels for our trip I decided to check out VRBO and found this great property instead. For basically the same amount of money we instead rented this 4 bedroom house. It was very clean and spacious and had a great roof top patio with a view of the city. The house was in a great location with a short drive to the stadium. Our host Gladys was very easy to contact and had great communication. I would highly recommend this property!

Philly Long Weekend

This is great choice to pick while visiting Philly. We attended a concert at the Linc and the location was perfect. A short drive to and from. Having a two car garage was fantastic! Parking in South Philly is tough to say it lightly. Property was clean and spacious. The rooftop was great! Would stay here again!

Perfect Philly home

Property was clean. Modern. The off street indoor garage was invaluable. Great city view from the roof top deck. So nice to have a place to sit outside. Had all the amenities we could ask for . Great location to everything.

Spacious place to stay with parking

Traveling to center city with a car is usually inconvenient, expensive, or both. This house had a garage that was a huge time saver for our family with young kids. Place was clean and spacious. I would recommend it.

Great location

Very comfortable property with all the basic amenities. Location is walkable with plenty to do nearby and not difficult to get either downtown or to the stadiums either. The garage was very nice to have with friends driving in to stay and the state of parking in the neighborhood. Communication with Gladys was good as well.
