Oma paikka on lähellä Phoenixin lastenmuseota, Chase Fieldia, Phoenix-kongressikeskusta, Pizzeria Biancoa, Heritage-aukiota, T-Gen ja VALLEY BAR (kaikki kävelyetäisyydellä). Kiinteistö sijaitsee myös erinomaisella paikalla lähellä suurta moottoritietä (I-10) ja 7 minuutin ajomatkan päässä lentokentältä. Rakastat paikkani paikasta, ulkotilasta, tunnelmasta, ihmisistä. Paikkani on hyvä pariskunnille, soolo-seikkailijoille, liikematkailijoille, perheille (lasten kanssa) ja suurille ryhmille. Kiinteistössä on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuoneissa on Kalifornian kuningas, kaksi kuningattarea, queen-kokoinen ilmapatja ja täysikokoinen futon.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Arizonan tiedekeskus. The owners take really good care of the home. Great for diamondback game or basketball games. Walking distance to a lot of places if it was cooler weather. Uber is easily accessible and close to the airport like 10 minutes away. There was one night with thunder storms and lightening and rain messaged the owner and asked if they wanted us to put the patio cushions in the garage. Answered right away. Anytime I had a question about something I got a very fast and prompt response.Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home close to downtown

We will try to stay here any time we're in Phoenix -- very comfortable, spacious, and well-kept home for the four of us. Excellent kitchen, bathrooms, and open living room; backyard is superb as well. Just a short 10min walk to downtown and ballpark, with even closer proximity to some exceptional restaurants.

Location

The location was close to the Chase Field, the airport and ASU. We were there for a graduation and every place we wanted to go was within a few minutes away to 20 minutes away. It was fantastic. We needed batteries and it was brought later that day. No complaints. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of four.

Perfect house in a perfect location

The house was perfect, beds were comfortable, outdoors area was nice. The location was perfect to walk to the Convention Center and Chase Stadium. Traffic is crazy in Phoenix so it was nice that we could walk were we need to. Kim and Santigo were great hosts they answered every question I had very timely. I cannot think of one negative thing to say. If you need a place to stay in Phoenix this is the place it was also very close to the airport. Thank you so much.

Golf trip in the desert

Property is a clean, spacious, well stocked, comfortable home within walking distance of a very lively district with great restaurants and clubs. The stadiums for both the Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns are next to each other in this same district. We caught one Suns game and golfed four other days. Fun time in the desert without the unbearable heat.

Close to downtown, very comfortable

The stay was very nice. We had three in the group and everyone had their own bedroom. It was so nice that there was a plethora of comfortable furniture. We met up with some local friends, so comfortable furniture was important for relaxing. We attended an event at the convention center which was a short walk. The kitchen was well equipped and the mattresses were comfortable. We did not use the wifi, laundry, dishwasher or TVs, so I have no comment on these items. I recommend fixing the 2nd sink in the master bathroom, one was turned off, I am assuming from a past leak(?). There was a second sink in the same BA, so it was not a real issue for us. The master bath glass shower walls were were also very unstable looking. This was not an issue for our gp since we were all healthy adults; however this would not be safe for children or adults with mobility or balance issues. The alarm system I found a bit intimidating as we are not familiar to this home feature in our home lives. The electricity and light switches were also a bit wonky, but nothing that would be a comfort issue. I do recommend night lights in all of the bathrooms. Overall the place was clean and accommodating with plenty of room and a lovely backyard with seating.
