The customer service was top notch! I called regarding early check in and late out because of the Innings festival. They were accommodating and front desk was very helpful when I arrived after a long drive. There were stores and restaurants near by and the festival was 15 mins away walking. Highly recommend.

Property was not in a safe location. Alarms on the door so you would know if someone was breaking in. Prostitures on the corner. No one their to check you out in the morning.

This motel is conveniently located, clean, and reasonably priced. It’s been renovated recently, but is pretty bare bones and a bit noisy because of the location on a main road through ASU. It’s nit picking, but combined shampoo/conditioner is an oxymoron. Spend a dollar and provide both separately. And, wooden shutters let in a lot of light at night. Again, no serious complaints, but nothing to get excited about.

Light sleepers should avoid at all costs

If you are a light sleeper, avoid this place. Right next to a busy main street that people speed up and down all night long in addition to a train that that dings consistently. Room was super bright at night because the shutters don't block much light. I had the only room with an extremely bright light just outside of the bathroom window that spilled even more light into the room even with the barn door closed. I slept with an eye mask and ear plugs and was still awaken all night. But the biggest issue was the mattress. Pretty sure an elephant has slept in the middle of this bed for this last 10 years. The grounds and room were very clean. Staff was great.

Appearance of hotel on the outside wasn't at all what the rooms look like. Rooms are updated and just perfect for the overnight that we were looking for. Close to airport and great value. The woman working at the front desk is great. Made us feel right at home and happy to be there. Thank you! It is on a busy street...not quiet during the day but the evening was fine.
