Private: property 350 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. 1.5 km long steep, narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop 14.3 km, pebble beach 25 km.
3-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed, shower/WC and air conditioning. Schöner Urlaub in Istrien

Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung in FeWo. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war absolut top. Wir haben sogar in unseren drei Wochen Spezialitäten aus Istrien von dem Vermieter Igor erhalten. Die Lage des Hauses ist auf dem Berg in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als komplett und es hat nichts gefehlt. Pool ist Top. Auch für Hundebesitzer ein sehr schöner Ort sich zu erholen

Abgelegen dennoch Herrlich!

Über eine 3km lange Straße (sehr kurvenreich) gelangt zu dem Dorf, Oben angekommen ist es sehr klein, es gibt nur 3 Ferienhäuser im Dorf. Das Dorf liegt recht abseits von den Großstädten wie poreč oder Pula, aber das war für uns kein Problem, da wir es gerne ruhig und idyllisch haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lebensmittel gibt es in der nächsten Ortschaft, auch hier bekommt man alles notwendige, von Obst und Gemüse über Fleisch und Wurst bis Waschmittel und Süßigkeiten Das Haus selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen samt Bügelbrett, eine voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive Spülmaschine und sogar einen 4 Platten Herd mit 3 Gasplatten und einer Elektoplatte, des Weiteren gibt es auf der Terrasse einen schönen großen Grillplatz, somit stehen einem alle Möglichkeiten offen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder! Der Check in und check out ging ganz unkompliziert! Wir können dieses Ferienhaus ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen! Der Vermieter war regelmäßig da und hat frisches Obst vorbeigebracht und sich erkundigt ob man noch etwas braucht, wirklich sehr fürsorglich! Wir kommen wieder, Dankeschön für die tolle Zeit!

Schönes, sauberes Haus, wunderschöne Umgebung, sehr nette Vermieter

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, haben im Juli 2017 in dem Haus Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Man erreicht es über einen relativ gut befestigten 2,8 km langen Weg. Außer diesem Haus sind nur noch 2 weitere bewohnte Häuser in der näheren Umgebung. Man fühlt sich absolut ungestört und konnte zu jeder Zeit die Ruhe genießen oder auch mal laut sein, ohne jemanden zu stören. Das Haus ist komplett und gut eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, wurde 2 mal wöchentlich gereinigt. Alles wirkte noch sehr neu und unbenutzt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral in Istrien, man erreicht die Küsten in 40min bis 1h mit dem Auto, je nachdem, an welche Küste man fährt. Die Vermieter waren einmalig nett und gastfreundlich. Sie kamen mehrmals mit landesübliche Leckereien, ohne uns zu stören! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier Urlaub machen! Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!
