Villa Podere del Papa is located in the heart of the Val d'Orcia, within the Lucciola Bella Nature Reserve, and just a few km from Pienza. Surrounded by a lovely garden with lawn, the villa has a spacious dining area with wood-burning barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals.

Inside the garden you will also find a swing for children, a hammock, and a ping pong table, for the enjoyment of adults and children.

Among the outdoor spaces there is a fenced round-shaped pool, open from 1st May to 30th October, and equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

Moreover at guests' disposal 5 covered parking spaces.

Lastly, Villa Podere del Papa is a suitable location to host weddings.



Internal Description



Villa Podere del Papa is made up of the main building and a dependance. The entire property can accommodate up to 18 people, has 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. In detail, inside you will find 5 apartments and 2 bedrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Pets are allowed on request. On request 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available free of charge.



Main building: The ground floor of the main building consists of 2 apartments divided as follows:

- an apartment with: kitchen, small sitting room, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with hydromassage shower;

- an apartment suitable for disabled people with: kitchen, living room with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (one of which is ensuite).

On the first floor there is 1 apartment with kitchen, large living room with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower).



Dependance: In the dependance you will find 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and 1 apartment. The latter consists of: kitchen, living room, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Final cleaning; Internet Wifi; 2 changes of towels per week for stays of at least 7 nights.



Excluded from the price: Breakfast with local products (10.00€ per person); extra cleaning (15.00€/hour); heating on consumption; cooking classes (from 100.00€ per person, depending on the menu); dinners (from 50.00€ per person, depending on the menu). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
