Bayview - Tyylikäs ja rentouttava, muodikas huvila, tyylikkäästi suunniteltu ja varustettu kaikilla mukavuuksilla. joka tekee nykyajan luksusta kaikkien saatavilla. Nauti auringosta ja rentoutua halutuimmista koskematon keinona Kyproksella. Se on todella kodinomaisen! Ihannetapauksessa sijaitsee muutaman minuutin päässä kauniista Pissouri sininen lippu rannalla, jossa on laaja valikoima vesi- ja urheilutoiminta oman nautinnon ja vahvan paikallisen yöelämä, jotka sopivat kaikkiin tarpeisiin. This villa is absolutely wonderful. We rented it for a full month and had a variety of family come and join us there. It is really well laid out and everything is provided is of a high quality. It is beautifully clean and the hosts come in once a week and change all the linen and towels and clean through thoroughly. It is in a fantastic location walking distance to the beach, amazing restaurants and even a small supermarket.We would definitely recommend staying at this villa, it really was a home from home. Koulla and Michael were lovely, there were supplies in the house when we arrived late at night which were very welcome. They were easy to communicate with and answered any queries we had promptly. Bayview gave us an amazing month in Cyprus. Thank you, Koulla and Michael

Sehr schöner Garten und tolles Haus

Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle im 1. Stock, was für uns perfekt war. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, was man braucht. Der Strand ist durch einen kurzen Fußweg schnell zu erreichen. Allerdings ist das Wasser eher kalt (August) und man braucht Wasserschuhe. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Excellent family holiday

We have travelled to Pissouri many times and chose this villa because of its location, few steps from the restaurants and 5/10 minutes from the beach. The villa was amazing, so clean and the pool/space outside was perfect. Four big beautiful bedrooms, one en-suite and a main bathroom. Everything had been thought of by the owners, one of the best villas we have stayed in. Communication with the owners was brilliant too, replied straight away and entry to the villa was easy. Thank you so much for the welcome items, they were much appreciated. We would not hesitate to stay here again, we had two grandchildren with us as well and it was perfect for them, especially the pool and children’s play areas. Thank you.

A dream villa in a perfect location

Absolutely deserving of five stars. The villa was immaculate, exactly as seen in the pictures and every little detail was thought of, including the welcome pack which was much appreciated due to our late arrival, the well equipped kitchen and toiletries, and pool towels on request. The hosts were extremely helpful, quick to respond to any queries we had and took pleasure in showing us how to set up and use the rotisserie bbq. Dream villa, perfect location. Better than the pictures!

It's rare to walk into a holiday rental and immediately realise it's as good as the description. Spotlessly clean, with some wine, fresh fruit and basic provisions included. Koulla and Michael dropped in to check everything was ok, and helped organise a maxi taxi for dinner at The Bunch of Grapes (recommended by the way).Pissouri bay is a great location, with plenty of food and drink options, and a small supermarket.Overall - great property, great hosts and village.

Gorgeous villa in quiet beach resort

Bay View villa had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in a quiet beach resort. We enjoyed the location, a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops and a short drive to areas between Paphos and Limassol. The outdoor area was lovely with garden and shaded eating and an outdoor kitchen. The villa had nore than enough space for 8 guests. Our late arrival meant that we appreciated the generous welcome pack.

Hier fühlten wir uns zu Hause

Wir haben sehr erholsame und erlebnisreiche Tage in der Villa mit Pool verbracht. Das große Wohnzimmer besticht mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, einschließlich einer sehr großzügigen Erstausstattung an Essen. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet, nur in einem Kinderzimmer knarren die Betten und man schläft wie auf einem Brett. In allen Zimmern findet man Air-Condition, die Bedienungsanleitung befindet sich im Nachtisch des Balkonzimmers. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, auf der Terrasse stehen viele Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man findet auch einen Wäscheständer, es gibt Wäscheleinen und viele Klammern. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr nett und kinderfreundlich. Sie haben uns am zweiten Tag besucht, um evtl. Fragen zu beantworten. Das fanden wir sehr freundlich. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Check in und Check out klappten dank Schlüsselbox problemlos. Also, wir sprechen eine absolute Empfehlung für dieses Haus aus, der wir selber demnächst wieder folgen werden.

Wonderful - best Villa in Pissouri Bay

Fantastic villa which is a short walk from the beach and several good tavernas. Lovely well maintained property and pool, WiFi and plenty of room for everyone to find space of their own. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need and welcome pack was most welcome. Supermarket near by as well as the best dive school on the planet. We will be booking again if we can find a slot as this villa is clearly a winner for many and many return year on year as we know hope to do. Clean, cool and welcoming. The hosts are excellent and pool super large and clean. Lovely shaded car port too which was needed at 35 degrees!

Outstanding Property

The Villa is in a prime location within easy access to the beach and restaurants. The Villa is fabulous with all of the amenities you need while on holiday, it is extremely spacious and the outside space is excellent. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and quite extensive. Our hosts were welcoming and quick to respond when we reached out to them which we very much appreciated. We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend a visit to this Villa.

Great location and spacious beautiful villa

Great communications with owners who left a very comprehensive welcome food pack. Stunning villa with beautiful grounds and pool. Was chilly in the evenings in March but the aircon also provides fan heating which was okay to take the edge off. (Radiators seen in pictures are not in service). Brilliant location very close to the beach and various restaurants and shops. Lovely low-key resort just waking up for the 2024 season.

Would be difficult to find better accommodation

Five star accommodation in a perfect location and setting. The house is perfect for a family vacation with quality, thoughtfulness and care in ensuring there is everything you need for our stay. Our hosts Koulla and Michalis called in on our first night to introduce themselves and to ensure we were happy with everything. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. The location for restaurants is perfect with a choice of 7 or 8 within 300m and the supermarket and cafe within 50m is perfect. The decorated Christmas tree when we arrived was welcomed as our stay was for 17 days over the Christmas and new year. We would thoroughly recommend the property for a quality vacation and thank our hosts for making it possible for us. We will definitely return again.

Outstanding Villa in a Fabulous Location

My family have just spent 12 days at this fabulous villa. The villa is fantastically positioned within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket. It is immaculately clean and has everything that you could possibly need. The swimming pool and surrounding outside space are amazing and perfect for enjoying the beautiful Pissouri weather. Koulla is a perfect host and is always available to answer any questions. We will certainly return soon.

Really great place to stay. Welcome pack was a really lovely addition. Pissouri Bay is a great location and this villa is literally 5 minutes stroll from the beach and even less to the fantastic cafe. We really enjoyed our stay

Bartletts Pissouri summer holiday

Excellent property within easy access to beach and restaurants, supermarket also very close. The owners were on hand and perfect hosts. The property was ideal for our trip, lovely pool, bbq and outdoor eating area. Inside was clean with all facilities and utensils for our weeks holiday. A trip to Pissouri Village is recommended, the locals as always were very friendly. Phillipos the ice cream van at the beach in particular. Thank you The Bartletts

Fabulous Villa

My family, 5 adults and 1 three year old, have just spent 10 days at this fabulous villa. The villa is immaculately clean, fantastically positioned and has everything that you could possibly need. The swimming pool and surrounding outside space are amazing and perfect for enjoying the beautiful Pissouri weather. The villa is perfectly positioned being only a short walk from Pissouri's beautiful blue flag beach and several fabulous restaurants and bars. Koulla is a perfect host and the welcome pack was greatly appreciated. We will certainly return soon.

3 week working holiday with our family

We stayed at Bayview for 3 weeks in November with our two children (3 years and 4 months old). Honestly, felt like home as soon as we arrived! The house is very well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. The welcome package was awesome and there were toys and small playhouses in the garden for the children. The owners are so nice and the few issues we had were solved quickly! The village itself has such a nice calm vibe. There are quite a few good quality restaurants within walking distance and a small shop where you can find all the basics. The beach is very clean with a nice promenade, and stunning views within a short hike distance. I strongly recommend doing the Cape Astro hike! All in all the 5 stars are very vell deserved for Bayview!

A Great Holiday

A lovely villa in a perfect location in Pissouri Bay. The ample welcome pack and little treats were well thought out. Koulla and Michael were helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
