In the outdoor area there is a swimming pool (12x15 1.50m deep) with a view of the hills, deckchairs, a gazebo with table and chairs, a barbecue and a ping-pong table. There is also a play area for children.

The villa is an excellent starting point for exploring the surrounding area, you can easily reach the cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa.

Yoga lessons, meditation and Ayurvedic treatments can be organised on request.
