I love staying at the Drury hotel chains, the only downside to staying here was the valet parking. It took a long time to get my car (40 min) this is becauae of the timing I went to get my car, 10AM but also the fact that there's quite a bit of construction currently right around the hotel. This must be a true stress on the valets but most of us can see the congestion as its right in front of you and are pateint with them. Other than that a great getaway to watch a baseball game at a great ballpark and at my preferred hotel chain which never lets me down

You have to use valet service and if it's around the time of a event like a concert or a game be prepared to wait at least an hour for them to get your vehicle.

This was our first stay at a Drury property and my family loved it. The hotel was very clean, our room was spacious and the evening food and popcorn was such a great treat. Staff were fantastic all around. The valet was short staffed and the hotel manger was helping out.

I dont travel to big cities often so parking is something im always concerned about. When we arrived i asked if parking was included and was told yes. Then they charged me$40 a night. I had to make a couple phone calls, but was able to get the charged removed bit it definitely left a spur note on an otherwise pleasant stay.

Great stay! Staff took pride in their work and providing great customer service. The morning meal was nice with many options. The evening reception was a surprising treat and became dinner for the family (chicken alfredo one night and tacos the next with soup, salad, and hot dog options, too). The room was really quiet. Beds were comfy. Fun history to the building (was a Federal Reserve Bank building, complete with preserved vault doors in the lower floor and a beautiful main room and mural on the 1st floor). Will absolutely stay at Drury Plaza hotels in the future, especially this one if we visit Pittsburg again.

Overall staff at check in and through our stay were very kind and friendly. Unfortunately i had an incident with valet that made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I had a flat tire and the valet manager notified me. He tried to help me to get it fixed. I ended up using a mobile service. When the guy arrived we had to get in his van and go to a different part of the hotel garage. When I asked the valet manager how to get back to the hotel when finished he really did not answer me and disappeared. So I’m with this guy fixing my tire , no idea how to get back than they closed the garage door , and I had no phone reception. When the guy was finished he was going to leave me in the garage he than realized the door was closed and I had no idea where to go. Luckily he offered to drive me back after he had to figure out how to open the garage. But overall I felt very unsafe alone with some guy not being able to make a call and the door was closed to get out

Good stay. I’ve stayed in several Drury Plazas and typically we are very happy with our stay. There were a few hiccups at check in (they gave us a room that had not yet been cleaned), but they were apologetic and got us a new room right away. We didn’t have any sort of view, but we were hardly in the room so it was fine. It’s a very tight squeeze up the driveway and the valet can get a bit backed up. However, the hotel is right in the heart of downtown so walked everywhere, took the train and an uber or two. Drury Plaza always has a nice reception in the evenings and breakfast is always better than average. Overall, it was a good stay.
