This hotel is a true gem in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. Location makes it easy to walk to the ball park or over to the Strip District to do some shopping. But the best part is the hotel itself. A former bank and treasury makes for a lot of history inside. The staff were amazing. They wanted everyone to feel welcome. The best part - breakfast and the evening meal. Meticulously prepared with many options right inside the former foyer of the bank. Would recommend this hotel to couples, families or anyone visiting Pittsburgh.

This hotel is located downtown which made this location easily accessible to most things around it. Parking being 39 bucks a night is the only downside.

I have to say the property was very nice . The indoor pool and jacuzzi were very clean and my son and I enjoyed it a lot . Overall I liked the place until my final day. There was a lady by the name of Jayme who works at the restaurant area for breakfast. She decided to start cleaning up while people were still coming in . I got there 8:30 and she was already shutting down the waffle maker. It was getting around 9 and there was no sign that stated the hours and she also decided to shut down the juice machine right in front of me and said we are closed . Another lady wanted to fill up her soda also told her it’s closed . Another girl wanted a waffle and it was warm so she poured her waffle batter and Jayme instead of turning it on and let the “ guest” eat and be happy she decided to take it and throw it away!! This person is selfish and doesn’t care about their guests and should cater to them . I don’t care if you are closing at least let the last person get their drinks or food and then close . You can make exceptions, we are the guests where I paid $600 for 2 nights so at least treat me with some importance . Jayme ruined my experience because when I addressed she would argue and not bend . This kind of person does not represent the hotel in the best way. Even when I was checking out her manager defended her by saying we have our hours but still if it wasn’t for your guests you would not have a job! Management need to emphasize this and hire the best nicest people not rude

We’ve stayed in a few Drury hotels and this was the best yet. Employees all very nice and personable. Breakfast and dinner provided. Very clean. Valet parked. Walked to pirates game. Didn’t eat nearby but lots of options. A+++++

I love staying at the Drury hotel chains, the only downside to staying here was the valet parking. It took a long time to get my car (40 min) this is becauae of the timing I went to get my car, 10AM but also the fact that there's quite a bit of construction currently right around the hotel. This must be a true stress on the valets but most of us can see the congestion as its right in front of you and are pateint with them. Other than that a great getaway to watch a baseball game at a great ballpark and at my preferred hotel chain which never lets me down
