LIABILITY WAVER: All staying adults 18+ must sign a liability waver even if they don’t plan to use some of the amenities. Thanks for your understanding.

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT FEE: Prior to arrival a refundable $750 deposit is required to check-in as damage protection. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. in order to avoid that you can add at least a basic $59 damage protection plan to your stay.

Important: The cleaning fee is to clean the house, not to undo damages or pickup leftover food (including fridge). We appreciate your cooperation with this when your rental is finished.
