Discover the heart of Toscana at our private wine estate — offered exclusively for your group’s sole use. When you book, you enjoy the entire property with complete privacy, including all villas, outdoor areas, and amenities, with no shared spaces.

This villa features 5 independent apartments, each with its own private entrance and dedicated outdoor space:

Villa 1: Master bedroom, 2 king-size bedrooms, 1 single bed, full kitchen, dining room, 1 full bathroom, two half baths, and a separate living room.

Villa 2: Master bedroom, one double sofa bed, full bathroom, kitchen, and dining/living area.

Villa 3: King-size bedroom, two single sofa beds, kitchen and dining area, full bathroom.

Villa 4: King-size bedroom, kitchen and dining area, full bathroom.

Villa 5: King-size bedroom, kitchen and dining area, full bathroom.

With the exception of one king-size bedroom, all rooms can be rearranged into two single beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups.

Outside, you'll enjoy access to the entire property with vineyards, olive farms, gardens, gazebos, private pool, BBQ area, brick pizza oven, patio, and tennis court. The garage provides convenient complimentary parking.

Getting around is easy from our Tuscan villa. Complimentary parking is available in the garage. For public transport, the Poggibonsi train station is a short 10-minute drive, offering connections to major cities like Florence (approx. 45-minute train ride) and Siena (approx. 30-minute train ride). Florence Airport (FLR) is about a 50m drive away.. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in Poggibonsi for convenient local travel. Explore the beautiful Tuscan countryside with ease, knowing you have various transportation options at your fingertips.

Our villa is surrounded by the beautiful Montalpruno vineyards, where guests can experience the charm of Tuscany’s wine country firsthand.
