The house consists on the ground floor of kitchen, living/dining room, one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, laundry room. On the second floor by double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The cottage is furnished with tables and chairs with panoramic windows for dining.

Villacolle 1 is located in Poggio a Caiano, in the Florentine Hills, a few kilometres from Carmignano. The house is in a panoramic position; from the garden, from the windows of the rooms you can see the dome of the Duomo of Florence. The external property is 1000 square metres, partly planted with olive trees. This house has been conceived to offer its guests an unforgettable stay in Tuscany, the kitchen is well equipped, there is air conditioning in all the rooms, the outside space is furnished and equipped with a barbecue and a herb garden, the bed in the double bedroom is a king size to offer an enveloping sleep. From Poggio a Caiano you can reach Florence, Lucca, Pisa in 30 minutes and the beaches of Versilia in less than an hour.
