We arrived back from an outing just before 10pm - ready for a nightcap at the bar and some food. We were told that bar service finished at 10pm and that the kitchen closed at 9:30pm. So NO FOOD was available at all and NO ALCOHOL was served. The hotel has no room service, no food or snacks in the room and is located in a rural area some distance from the nearest town. Too bad if you come back late and are starving or thirstly, I guess.

Lovely!

Lovely stay at voco Kirkton Park! We stayed here for one night on a quick trip to the Hunter Valley, and wish we could stay longer. The hotel is gorgeous, with beautiful gardens and views, and kangaroos bouncing around the property. Very comfortable room and the breakfast is well worth it! Highly recommend and would stay again.
