The good: Wonderful location with great parking in the shade. Quiet section of beach and easy access to beach. Plenty of beach towels, silverware, plates and cups/glasses. Nice grill outdoors with propane. Outdoor hoses to wash off the sand and beach umbrellas and boogie boards provided.The negatives: Indoor furniture is not comfortable to sit in for long periods of time no cushions on the dining room chairs and the living room sectional had no back so you were forced to lie down to watch TV. Living room TV had issues (poor quality picture...lots of noise/signal kept breaking up), and TV in one of the bedrooms didn't connect at all; kitchen was pretty small for a house that "sleeps 10", and the knives were not sharp (no sharpener or sharpening steel provided). The shades were not easy to operate, and one of the windows facing the beach (East) had no shading at all so morning sunshine made it uncomfortably bright to sit on the sofa in the mornings.
Myself and my wife with our dog, our two sons and their wives, and my granddaughter with her dog.

Dining/Living area... good size table for eating or playing games, but the chairs were not comfortable and didn't have any cushions.

Great family trip!

Overall a wonderful trip and lovely home. Clean, well equipped kitchen, perfect location. I did not realize there was not an in suite bathroom for the master bedroom but it worked out fine. Very responsive owner. We will be back!

Beautiful views. Private beach. Short drive to St Augustine. The house has been remodeled and is updated. Very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Girls outing was fun

Coffee is not a provided amenity

Amenities in this rental are minimal. Coffee was provided but creamer was not provided and when I asked about it because sugar was provided, I was curtly informed that coffee is not a provided amenity. I have stayed in many short-term rentals and never have I stayed in one where coffee wasn't provided. That would be like not providing shampoo or towels. Who does that? Maybe they don't know they are in the hospitality industry. Very few amenities beyond the bare minimum are provided unless you count the ocean. For example, small things like Kleenex or lotion are not provided. Kitchen supplies are minimal. This place looks and feels like it is run by a property management company looking to scratch out every nickel. The view is amazing but there are plenty of places with amazing ocean views.

Loved it!

This house was very clean and bright. It had everything we needed and my family said it was their favorite beach house so far. Then bunk beds were full or queen size (not sure) but large enough for two in each bed. The kitchen was well equiped and, of course, the beach access was amazing. Would defintely rent again.

Great Family Vacation!

The beach house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful time. Our family had a very nice time. The views are stunning and the beach is very private. The host was excellent when I had questions.

Perfect Beach House!

Couldn’t have asked for a better beach house! This lovely home is just steps from the beach and ideally set up inside for evening gatherings. The decor is beautiful with very comfortable beds and lots of seating. It was a bonus to have beach chairs towels and toys available too. We will be back!

Paradise

Beautiful, beautiful and more beautiful! The pictures don’t make justice to the place! I rented the house with 8 friends, we had the most wonderful time living in paradise! Waking up every morning and watching the beach and sea in front of my eyes was priceless! The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped! I can’t wait to go back! The host super responsive!

Beautiful

House was beautiful and just as pictured. The ocean view can be seen just sitting on the couch. It was nice to be on your private beach with just a walk down the steps.

Great location

We loved the location and the house was good. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced we sunk in and our back are very sore, the house could also use some more beach chairs and boogie boards for the guests. Also cleaning crew needs to be more efficient, there was a dirty diaper left from the previous renters on the couch. Otherwise we had an awesome time and would definitely return.

Blue Dream Luxury

The pros: -We loved the house. -It was immaculate. -Kitchen was well stocked. -The towels were fluffy. -The layout was perfect for our family. The cons: -A gas grill was pictured in the listing. There was no grill. The host said a propane grill would be delivered. It was not. On the evening before we checked out, a gas grill was delivered. It was too late for our use. However, the host said we would be offered a discount for our inconvenience. -Beach chairs were in the listing to be provided. They were not. The host said the plastic Adirondack-type chairs on the deck were beach chairs. Beach chairs fold and can be easily carried to the beach. -There was not a fire pit. If an amenity is listed/pictured in the listing, it should be there. If not, remove it from the listing. -The sliding door did not lock. The lock was broken. This is a safety issue. Suggestion: -The house number is on the house but there is not a number on the roadside. It would have been easier to locate the house with it being at roadside since it’s on a high-speed road. If discrepancies are corrected, we would love to rent this beach house again. In fact, we would like to rent it again in June, 2023. Thank you, Judy Skjordahl

Ponte Vedra dissappointment

Listing said sleeps 11 but we've never stayed somewhere that you need to use a couch for that. Property manager was great and very responsive. House was clean but needs a lot of work, mostly drywall issues. The deck stairs to beach I think are dangerously worn. The deck itself was wobbly. I expected more from a house at this price point.
