THIS HOME IS LOCATED JUST 5 MILES NORTH OF THE VILANO TOWN CENTER WHICH CONSISTS OF GROCERY STORES, RESTAURANTS AND PUBS AND 10 MINUTES TO HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE. THIS HOME IS ALSO LOCATED JUST 20 MINUTES SOUTH OF COVETED GOLF IN PONTE VEDRA. NOT ONE DETAIL IS SPARED IN THIS FULLY FURNISHED, FULLY FUNCTIONAL HOME. NEW FLOORS THROUGHOUT THE HOME. THIS PROPERTY BOASTS ALL NEW FURNITURE WITH CABLE AND WIFI. THE DECK FEATURES BRAND NEW ADIRONDACK CHAIRS AND A NEW PROPANE WEBER GRILL. ENJOY BEAUTIFUL SUNRISES AND SPEND THE DAY ON THE 600 SQUARE FOOT DECK WHILE WATCHING WAVES ROLL IN. THIS HOME COMFORTABLY SLEEPS 8 ADULTS AND 3 CHILDREN . THIS TWO STORY HOUSE HAS A SPACIOUS MASTER BEDROOM UPSTAIRS WITH ITS OWN INTERIOR BATH, OCEAN VIEWS AND CABLE TV. THE SECONDARY BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE BED WITH OCEAN VIEWS AND HAS THE SECOND BATH LOCATED JUST OUTSIDE IN THE HALL. BEDROOM NUMBER 3 IS LOCATED DOWNSTAIRS WITH A BUNK BED AND ITS OWN INTERIOR BATH. BEDROOM 4 IS ALSO LOCATED DOWNSTAIRS AND IS AN EXTREMELY LARGE SPACE WITH CABLE TV AND OCEAN VIEWS. THE LIVING ROOM HAS A FULL SIZE SOFA SLEEPER WHICH HAS CABLE TV AND UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEWS.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and access to the beach. We had one problem, the a/c upstairs went out during the last 1/2 our stay but the owner had a tech the next day on a Friday but unfortunately he needed parts and was unable to come back before we left on Monday morning. But the stay was very enjoyable and we would stay there again.

We had a great time right on the beach! It was a short 20 min drive to St Augustine, but worth it for the privacy of the beach! The house could use some updating, but it fit our needs well.

We really enjoyed the house and the location. There were very few people, so it was quiet, just the sound of the waves. We spent a lot of time on the deck plenty of comfortable chairs. The kitchen was well stocked; we cooked several nights. San Augustine was a short trip, and we enjoyed sightseeing and eating out a few nights. I would definitely like to stay at Sandy Feet Retreat again; we all enjoyed it.

Beach Beach Trip Ever!

This was our second year renting this home. The beach is beautiful and we often felt like we were on a private beach. We loved being so close to St. Augustine and hanging out below the deck enjoying the beach AND the shade. We'll be back!

Vacation getaway

Very clean and well equipped house. I chose this rental due to the pet friendly feature, but was constantly on edge as there are no secure areas for them to play. I wished they had either a fenced in yard or a gate closing off the second story deck. Once out, an extremely dangerous highway is directly across the street. I recommend bringing a baby gate. Young children would also benefit from this additional safety net. Plenty of sleeping areas. Nice comfortable king beds, but if steps are a problem for anyone in your party it could prove difficult. Both getting the dogs out or going to lower level bedrooms.Those steps are very narrow and steep. Location is great. It’s right on a nice clean and quiet beach.

Beachfront

This is our family of 8 plus dogs fifth year staying at sandy feet retreat. Owner is excellent to work with and house meets all my families needs. Parking can be tough but not impossible we have 3 full size trucks and its tight but doable. Very clean and pictures are accurate. My families favorite part of the house is oceanfront deck and of course right on the beach for many hours of fun.

Enjoyable stay at Sandy Feet

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Feet. It is right on the uncrowded beach, offers a nice deck overlooking the ocean, and is convenient to everything we wanted to do. Owner was very pleasant and responded to inquiries promptly. Enjoyable week with friends.

Peaceful

This is a place to go if you just want to relax. Theres nothing (restaurants, entertainment etc) in walking distance, but Vilano and St Augustine are both just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend.

Our Favorite Beach House

This was the third time staying at Colleen's and it did not disappoint. The location of the house is perfect! There's plenty of room to spread out (inside & out). The beds are comfy and there's plenty of towels, toys & pantry items. We have created so many memories here, I would highly recommend staying here!!

Great location and very nice home. Needed more attention for check in. Freezer was full of ice because the icemaker won't shut off. Filled up the sink twice with ice cubes. Large flower pot broken in the driveway.

My new home away from home! I love being able to walk right out the back door and onto the beach. And almost just as important for me was being able to bring my dog and having the freedom to walk the beach without the public crowds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Does not disappoint.

Great Beach stay!

This was a great house! Love the environmental friendly geothermal air conditioning system and prefer to keep our Florida beaches free from chemicals. But Just a note if you happen to have a ‘pregnant’ or ‘sensitive to smells’ person in your party… sitting on the deck you may experience a bit of a sulfur smell when air is running.

Relaxing oceanfront stay with spectacular views

A Perfect Week

What a wonderful week at this property! The beach was incredible and it felt so private. We loved the shady area under the porch: it was the perfect spot to stay out of the sun and still enjoy the ocean. The house has great views from almost every room and we really appreciated the extra towels. Hope to return next year!

This was our 4th summer with Colleen's beach house. We love coming to s pointe vedra the beach is not crowded, the house meets our family's needs and owner is very responsive to all questions. Our favorite part is the deck over looking the beach.

Great Anniversary week on beach

Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the home. Had beach chairs umbrellas and sand castle tools. House was clean. Would do it again!
